Just left this location. I’m not satisfied with the service. The gentleman that took our order at the drive thru had issues with his system. When given our order he repeated to us wrong. My husband stated we had. 2 orders a regular chicken biggie bag and a. BLT chicken. Biggie bag. The gentleman stated he got it confirmed our drinks before proceeding to take our last meal order. When we got to the window he apologized and said his system was slow. No worries is what we said. He gave us our drinks, I wanted to try my drink to make sure it was not a sprite with grape flavor, he tells us the straws in the bag. But we didn’t get our food yet. My husband says she would like a straw to drink now. He handed the straw to is then our meal. We started checking the orders but I didn’t have a BLT chicken just regular. We backed up and told this to the guy at the window and his comment was if it was not on your receipt we did t charge you for it. We checked the receipt and sure enough he rang the wrong thing. When we had the order and read it to us wrong we try to correct it only for him to cut us off and said he got it and tells us to pull up to the window for our total. Mistake on our part because he didn’t clarify our order with us, and 2nd the price. I’m willing to pay the different but he quoted us a price that different from the menu. I placed my order, pulled up to the window and the attendant took way longer than expected before she called out the wrong price because she had my order wrong. Another attendant tried to help and I thought they got it together. I was handed my order, paid for it and drove off. When I finally opened my order, it was not what I ordered. I should have asked the attendant to repeat my order instead of thinking that the discussion that they were having was good enough. Never did the attendant ask me what I ordered to verify their conversation and it was my mistake to think they could do their job properly. This single experience will cause me not to eat at this location ever again. I do not like eating fast food but if I am in a position where I have little choice, I do not want to experience something like this ever again. I have worked fast food before when I was young, when technology wasn't what it is today and I know that it is not that hard to do that job.
