They never once said “sorry.”
I usually order through door dash delivery, but this time I was on my way home from work so I decided to pick up instead… Boy do I regret that decision, never again will I approach this place unless it’s delivery, why? Horrible customer service ran by a bunch of untrained, inexperienced staff. After ordering from door dash for PICK UP, I arrive at 5:45 PM to pick up my five items. The gentlemen greeted me, and I told him I was picking up for Door Dash. He looked at the pile of to-go container bags, chose one, and handed me the bag but there was a problem, there was only one item. I asked where the other items were… He glanced at the door dash app on the wall and realized he didn’t punch in the other 4 items. Without saying anything (no wait, he mumbled something under his breath), he touches the buttons on the Point of Sale terminal, turns leaves towards the kitchen.
I stood there waiting alone for a good 15 seconds and said “So I guess I’ll wait then?” I really wasn’t sure what to do because I was told or explained anything. Literally only two words got exchanged. After I spoke, a female employee walks up to the counter and asks what I would like. The dark haired employee shouts “I got him,” and the woman says nothing. Stares at me. I smile back and said, “I’ll uh go wait over there.” It was so awkward, it just felt like I did something wrong. Sorry I ruined your day for coming in.
So I wait there from 5:45 until 6:12, after already inputting my order in almost an hour ago. The dark haired employee handed me the food. Never said sorry, but said, “Here.” I look into the bag, and there was still missing an item. Before I said anything and before leaving, the female employee walks towards and hands me the last item. After that I leave, frustrated. The food was still decent. No complaints there. I love their cheese burger wrap!
I would frequent here a lot because of the healthy options that this place has especially after being diagnosed with cancer, so I can’t really travel to this restaurant and use door dash delivery. But with the delivery option, there is almost no issues but like I said I regret that I decided to deal with their staff directly. I think the problem is, the employees at Greens and Proteins thought I was a Door Dash employee but not a regular customer. This needs to change. I probably will not order here again and tell my family not to come here either. More and more other healthy options have been coming out and I would rather take my money elsewhere because their staff certainly doesn’t care about spending mine at Greens...
Read moreLet me start off by saying. I love Greens and Protiens and I have been to multiple locations throughout the valley and I will continue to frequent the ones I normally go to. However this particular location was absolutely the worst. The worst experience. I ordered a soup to go and waited nearly 20 minutes for it. It wasn't until I asked where my food was that they even bothered to walk to the back and check to see what was going on. The couple behind me ordered 2 meals and smoothies and we're sitting at a table eating before I even recieved mine. Me and the couple were the only customers in the place as well so it's absolutely absurd that it took 20 minutes to put a bowl of soup together and bag it. Their was a total of 5 people I could see working so the fact that it takes you this long to serve customers is a joke. I was extremely disappointed and they gave me a small soup as well. Luckily your other locations in the valley are better equipped to take care of their customers. I will be returning to those locations this location however I will never come to again. Read moreI come to this place a lot! I go to both locations downtown and the flamingo store. Downtown location has always been great quality service and food. I've always looked at greens and proteins to have a standard until today! Flamingo location to be exact. The last time I came to this location they forgot to give me the dressing for my mixed greens no biggie I had some at home. This time they forgot how to make the wrap that I ordered forgetting key ingredients that make it what it is! Also forgot to give me my mixed greens again! SMH I called to let the manager know to be hassled by the girl at the register asking me what do I need to speak to the manager for?! I speak to the manager who sounds so unbothered about my complaint. She asks what should we do about it? lol WOW. Ended up giving me two free meals but handled it very unprofessional. She didn't even take my name down or order or anything so I doubt they will take care of me. The food was cold and not good either.
