TDLR; Service was very slow on a slow night and incomplete. Food ranged from quite tasty to less-than mediocre. Will not patron again.

INTRO: Arrived with another at 9 PM on a Monday night. Ordered 1 roll and 1 combination bento (salmon teriyaki and shrimp tempura). Seated immediately. 4-5 other couples/families present. 2 waitstaff and 2 chefs behind the sushi bar.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Sushi Tower and Steakhouse and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic.

First, let me talk about the sushi. We ordered the Monica, the California roll, and the 90% roll and they were all incredible. The Monica was particularly noteworthy, with its combination of spicy tuna, avocado, and tempura flakes. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the sushi itself was incredibly fresh. The California roll was also delicious, with its classic combination of crab, avocado, and cucumber. The 90% roll, a unique creation of the restaurant, was also a standout with its shrimp tempura, crab meat, and a variety of toppings that made it a delicious and satisfying roll.

The delivery via DoorDash was also top-notch. The food arrived timely and still fresh and flavorful. We were impressed with how well the sushi held up during delivery, as it can often lose its texture or flavor when transported. If you’re on the hunt for the best sushi in Las Vegas, this spot is a hidden gem that really deserves more attention.

The sushi here is top-notch, and the vibe is just perfect—modern, cozy, and calm. You instantly feel relaxed as soon as you walk in, which is such a nice change from the usual hustle in Vegas.

The sushi quality is seriously next level. Every dish I’ve tried here has been amazing, with super fresh ingredients and amazing flavors. They’ve nailed every one of their custom rolls as well as claim favorites.

Honestly, this is some of the best sushi I’ve had anywhere, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into every plate.

Another big plus is that it’s never overly crowded, so you’re seated fast, and there’s no feeling rushed through your meal.

The staff are super friendly and know their stuff, adding even more to the experience.
