PHO EVER - Vietnamese Pho Restaurant — Restaurant in Summerlin South

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pho Ever, and I must say, it was a culinary experience to remember. LoThe highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Pulled Pork Sandwich, which was nothing short of a masterpiece.

The Pulled Pork Sandwich was a revelation of flavors and textures. The tender and succulent pulled pork was perfectly seasoned and slow-cooked to perfection, making every bite a burst of smoky, savory goodness. The bun it was served on was fresh and slightly toasted, adding a delightful crunch to each bite. The coleslaw and barbecue sauce complemented the pork impeccably, providing a balance of creaminess and tanginess that elevated the sandwich to another level.

But the culinary journey didn't end there. I also had the Beef Combination Pho, and it was an absolute delight. The balance of flavors in the broth was exquisite, and the combination of various cuts of beef provided a delightful mix of textures. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the generous portion of fresh herbs and bean sprouts added a refreshing element to the dish.

The ambiance at Pho Ever was cozy and inviting, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

In conclusion, I can't recommend Pho Ever enough, especially if you're a fan of Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Beef Combination Pho. The flavors and quality of the food, combined with the welcoming atmosphere, make it a must-visit for any food enthusiast. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to savor these delectable dishes once more.

I used to come here all the time as in once a month or more. This will be my last. Today I saw an older man on his phone playing it at full volume (an employee) and I asked another employee to please ask if he can turn down his volume on his phone. From 5 seats away I could hear every word loudly of what he was watching. She told him but he refused and then he mumbled and complained about my request. I think some common courtesy and respect for customers goes a long way. Not sure what happened but the new employees all 3 men look like they just got out of prison and it was obvious they didn’t have customer service experience from menus being thrown down on me, the waiter taking a smoke break after taking out order and not washing his hands. The worst part is when I mentioned something to the waiter he talked negatively about me to his coworkers and said some things don't always go your way. You can't get everything you want in life. I didn't think talking about a customer is the way to earn customers as a new business and I didn’t feel I was appreciated for spending my money here.

Upon asking him, he informed me there is new management in the last two weeks. Very disappointing experience. Food went downhill as well. Sad that an employee is able to talk about a customer publicly and that is ok. What kind of...

I hate giving 1-star reviews but this place truly deserves it. I don’t even want my refund anymore. I rather save you a trip and go to another pho spot in town.

I ordered pick up on back in July for the family. Spend over $70 and has issues right from the get go. I called ahead and when I get there the most important item, beef rib pho was missing so I had to sit there and wait for it. They missed it and it happens so I was fine with it. While waiting I wasn’t even offered anything to drink or any sense of sorry. Again whatever.

I get home. And more disappointment. The beef rib pho only had one beef rib. Supposed to come with two. Pictured with two. Priced for two. Waited extra long for a slap in the face. Not to mention the rest of the food was cooled down by then. Then the vermicelli bowl had no fish sauce which makes it dry and useless. The stir fry dish was supposed to be beef and we got chicken.

I called and they offered a refund. Cool. End of story right? No I check a few weeks later. No refund.

Call again. Now they say changed ownership the day this all happened? The “new” manager says she will investigate and call me back with refund. Nothing. I gave up. Lost lots of customers bc their customer...
