We opted not to cook for Thanksgiving and decided to grab food and the community and we chose Lucille’s because they were having a Thanksgiving special. The weight was about 45 minutes which was fine because others had the same idea that we did. Service was also a little slow but my server was working hard to accommodate all of her tables and she was attentive as she could be during the chaos. We ordered our food and it came in about 25-30 minutes. I am particular about my food so I always smell and look it over once before eating it. When I looked at my stuffing I immediately spotted a fake eyelash. For context I don’t wear fake eyelashes and I barely have natural eyelashes. I called the eyelash to the attention of my server who immediately took the food away and was getting me another plate as that’s all I wanted. She takes it to the manager and I watch the manager hold up a flashlight to examine my food and I heard him say there’s no hair in her food. He brings the food back to the table and he was like I’m sorry I don’t see her in your food only for me to immediately pointed out to him. That’s when he finally acknowledge that the hair was a false eyelash and that he would take care of it. I get a new plate of food minus the hair and it was OK but nothing to brag about . This stuffing was dry and the macaroni with soup. Their turkey and ham were OK but the best thing on the plate was the corn casserole. All that to say this is my second time going to Lucille’s and I had a horrible experience at the first location I went to but this one was much worse. I highly doubt that I would try them again.

Every time I pass enter Red Rock, I always get the free advertising smell of BBQ from this on the outside. So it was about time to take a visit in it. We ordered the Pick 2 Combo with BBQ Chicken and Beef Ribs (additional cost). We also ordered Mac and Cheese as well as the Cracked Out Deviled Eggs. First of all before you start, make sure you get each of their sauces so you can try them all. It's not too often that I say this, but I actually enjoyed the chicken more than the ribs. The chicken was really smokey and tasted really good. It was juicy and had so much flavor in it. The ribs we're still really good but something about the chicken just hit. Each bite you have, make sure you try each sauce combination with each meat. One sauce may work better with one while the other might be better with another. I enjoy Mac and Cheese with BBQ so I say it's always a good choice to order alongside whatever meat you prefer. The Devil Eggs were decent, but not something I'd order again. It has a crispy chicken cracklings on it, which should be eaten then and there. If you decide to bring it home, the cracklings will get soft and kind of just be regular deviled eggs. The ambiance is pretty chill as it is dimly lit. This place is huge so you should hopefully get a seat without having to wait too long. Not sure how often it happens, but we came here on a Saturday, and they had a live band. That for sure added to the environment as it's not too often that you get a really good meal with live music.

I just wanted to thank Lucille's for my Free Veteran's Day Dinner . I came in on November 11th and it was a little busy as usual . I haven't been here in a while , but the service is always good even if they are busy . I've never tried the fried chicken , so since it was one of the four choices I decided to give it a try . It was a boneless fried chicken with a white gravy boat , mashed potatoes , French cut green beans with carrots , and I got a Sweet Tea . It was very good . I didn't expect it to be boneless , I thought it was gonna be regular pieces of fried chicken , but it was very good and not chicken fingers either . I was seated at the bar and a nice older couple bought me an after dinner drink and thanked me for my service . We talked a little before they left . They bought me an Old Fashion . It was pretty good and the bartender was very nice . The place was clean as always and a little noisy since it was a full house , but it's to be expected . I usually get the pulled pork sandwich or baby back ribs here . Also the deviled eggs are really good , maybe a little better than mine and I have 3 different recipes for them . Ha ha . I love Bar-b-que and have several places I go to in town for different items . I grew up in the Carolinas and also lived in Texas for a couple years , so my Bar-b-que game is on point with lots of variety . I would definitely recommend coming here . Also , they gave me a $10 Come Back Card to use in a couple weeks .

I tried this restaurant for the first time several years ago but don't fully recall what the experience was like. All I can remember was that the food was ok and it wasn't the best BBQ I've had, but I was willing to return for another visit to see if my opinion had changed. That time had arrived and my family and I ate here for dinner on 26 May 2025. We stopped in what appeared to be non-peak hours since the restaurant didn't seem busy at all. In fact, when we walked in, there was only one couple that were ahead of us in line. We got checked in and were informed it would be about a 10-minute wait which I was surprised that neither of us (the couple in front and us) were getting seated right away. But hey, they had Tootsie Roll Pops at the front so I was happy.

When we finally got to our seat, the service from that point on was remarkable, mainly due to our server, Tyler. He was very attentive, extremely friendly, and moved very fast - all qualities of a server I enjoy especially when I'm starving. In fact, I commend the entire restaurant staff that evening because the food was arriving at a rapid pace. The only minor thing about the service timing was that our drinks came out a little slower than desired...especially considering that we only ordered beer. Oh well, I'm not an alcoholic so I don't "need" my drink right away especially when I had high quality H2O sitting right there.

We ordered the BBQ Rib Tip and Southern Fried Dill Pickles for our appetizers; "Pick 2" Combo Meals consisting of Texas-Style Beef Brisket, St. Louis Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage, Smoked Half BBQ Chicken, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni & Cheese, Southern Braised Greens, BBQ Beans, Southern Fried Okra for our main entrées and sides, respectively; and Buttermilk Double Chocolate Cake for our dessert. The highlights were definitely the Dill Pickles, Half BBQ Chicken, Braised Greens, and the Fried Okra. The BBQ Rib Tip, St. Louis Ribs, Sausage, Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Beans, and Chocolate Cake were good (not the best, but still good). Unfortunately, the Brisket and Baby Back Ribs were on the drier side and didn't hit the mark. In fact, while I was sitting there, I remember that the ribs were the reason why I thought this restaurant was just ok from my initial visit. Let's just say, this second visit wasn't any better with respect to the ribs. The brisket was interesting because my brisket was somewhat ok; however, the brisket on my daughter's plate was not the same (it's like she got the leftover scraps - see attached photos for comparison).

Overall, the price-to-quantity/quality ratio was adequate - you won't leave hungry from the amount they serve. The service was good, yet the initial wait time was unnecessary, in my opinion. I realized during the dining experience that I forgot there were two entrances to this restaurant, which could be the reason for the 10-minute wait time for a not-so-busy restaurant. Regardless, I still liked my experience here as depicted in my 4-star rating, which was better than my initial visit several years ago. This restaurant is not the best BBQ business in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas, but still a good option for Summerlin especially if you're staying at Red Rock Resort and Spa. I recommend this restaurant...

Okay, I'm definitely never the one to write a review on a restaurant , but this just had to be said . I have NEVER been so disappointed in my life . The thing is.. It wasn't the food . It was the SERVICE . My girlfriend , sister and I dined here on the first of January 2017, got here at 7:30pm and didn't leave until 9:45pm . IT DOES NOT TAKE TWO HOURS AND FIFTEEN MINUTES FOR THREE PEOPLE TO EAT AT A RESTAURANT . Our server Sophia came over and took our order , and literally did not see her after that . Our order took over 45 minutes to get to our table , and all of our sides were completely wrong , so they took it back and we waited another 20 minutes to get it back . After we finished eating I had to flag down another server because we were waiting for so long to get the check and to-go boxes , and she takes 10 minutes to bring us the smallest boxes she can find without the check and says she's till waiting on it . She comes back to give it to us and I ask her for the bigger ones and she tells me that those were all she could find , but she goes and checks again for another 10 minutes and brings us boxes without any plastic bags to put them in . So I flagged down ANOTHER server for a bag and he took 10 minutes to get back so once again I asked ANOTHER damn server that was serving another table for one and expressed to him that we have been completely done eating our food for nearly 35 minutes now , and all I need is some bags for my boxes , he brought them in 30 seconds before the previous server I asked ended up showing up with some , and at that point I just asked to speak to a manager . Our bill came out to $106.55 for three meals and two apps , which IMO was way too overpriced for the food and the TERRIBLE service we received , however we explained our concerns to the manager and he ended up giving us a small discount on our check . He apologized and expressed that there was a medical emergency in the back and he had asked her to help out , however I watched her the entire time and she was on the other side of the restaurant attending other tables instead . Everytime I asked for her she sent someone else to our table . finally after two hours and 15 minutes there , I had to flag down yet again ANOTHER server just to simply pay for my check so we can leave , which then took a final additional 10 minutes to do so . A ten top table sat next to us shortly after we ordered our food , and ended up leaving like 20 minutes before we did . ALL thanks to our server . I work in a very well known restaurant at the Venetian , and I know how this all is suppose to work . After my experience here , I will NEVER dine at this location again . Absolutely...

Well I typically love Lucille’s food and order the same exact thing every week for the last year and a half but…. While dining in this past Saturday Jan 7 wasn’t the normal Lucille’s culture of warmth, great food and great service .

I ordered the trio like always Two orders or tri tip and one order of the Texas red hot sausage.

As soon as the food came out I noticed it didn’t look normal . Not what I’m used to for the past year I been going to Lucille’s . The so called Texas red hot sausage came out looking a lot more plump and almost uncooked. Not the normal spicy looking fire red that I truly enjoy . I took one bite and it was very plain and bland. I brought it up to our waitress who was wonderful and even she saw that it didn’t look like normal. Perhaps they gave me the wrong sausage . A minute later the waitress and some other women came to our table and the women stated…. That is our red hit Texas sausage and handed me back the plate. Not even once asking if she can replace the item with something else since the sausage isn’t the same as normal.

I been meaning to leave this review but have been busy. Pretty disappointed to have had such a bad experience Saturday with a manager or food runner that perhaps needs a little more training in the hospitality industry.

The issue I have is that the sausage was not the same and I understand they perhaps changed vendors but to bring me back the sausage that I didn’t like and tell me that it is the Texas red hot sausage without asking to replace it was very ackward. I didn’t want to be confrontational and now I wish I stood my ground more. I hated that I paid for a sausage I didn’t eat. In fact I wrapped it up to go and gave it to my dogs who loved it because it was not spicy or red hot lol.

Manager lady….. take the time out to listen to your frequent customer and not impose what you believe is the same item onto someone who literally orders the same thing every weekend.

Very disappointed. But loved...
