Starbucks — Restaurant in Summerlin South

You can't take coffee into an art museum. So this Starbucks decided to bring the art museum to the coffee. Every Starbucks has unique art on one wall. This one has detailed pen-and-ink drawings of the original Pike Place marketplace where the first Starbucks store opened. They are not Louvre quality, but they are certainly art gallery quality. It's interesting to get a taste of the company's history in black and white. I loved the fact that this Starbucks offers FREE masks if you somehow walked in without one. A super nice touch. There's plenty of parking since this Starbucks is in a quiet corner of a major shopping center. The patio faces a crowded parking lot. But at least it's covered, sheltering patrons from the punishing Las Vegas heat. Before the pandemic, the store was always crowded. Locals love to gather there. That sometimes made for longer than usual wait times for your order. During the pandemic I was in and out. The store is right off the 215 so it's easily accessible. It's a great place to stop for a beverage after a shopping spree. I must admit I spent way too much at the specialty lighting store nearby on the chandelier over my new dining...

I went in like any other usual day to grab a cuppa coffee on my way to the office the cashier in which I do not remember her name was so very nice and helpful even went above and beyond and explaining how the stars work on the app to me Left with my free brand new cup and of course my coffee … Later in the afternoon went to a completely different Starbucks and was bragging to the cashier about my experience at this Starbucks in the morning, and she looked at me and said wow that cashier was very extra. We don’t do extra here.

So I will continue to visit this Starbucks on West flamingo and the 215 because they are extra and they go out of their way to make sure That their patrons are well taken care of and even take the time to show you how to use the app…..

So to the Starbucks at Lake Mead and warm Springs I will continue to go to flamingo and 215 completely out of my way because they are extra

Regrettably, this particular Starbucks falls far short of the cleanliness standards I've come to expect from the brand. This one could be cleaner than the numerous other Starbucks I've frequented. The state of the bathrooms is particularly concerning, and the overall cleanliness of the store, from the floors to the doors, leaves much to be desired.

The service in the afternoon is much better than in the morning because the staff are more attentive and affable later in the day. The coffee at Starbucks is always good, and that is why I rate this store three stars. I recommend some retraining for the morning staff.
