McDonald's — Restaurant in Summerville

Where do I begin? I was warned by another customer,before I even left the house,that this location NEVER has any side items for the Happy Meals. This trip was par for the course. No yogurt,no Chocolate Milk,no Apple Juice. The guy who took our order and the female who gave us our food need customer service training desperately. When we finally made it to the window to pay, he asked if we had the "long order" and then said nevermind that won't help,there are too long orders. After repeating the whole order to him again,we finally proceeded to the window to collect our food. The female never greeted us,no smiles,no thank you,not even a thank you for allowing me too royally screw up your order,once again. We get home ,only to find out that after asking 2x if we had a boy or girl for the Happy Meals,we said boys but got boy and girl toys. The fries were stale and cold,the chicken sandwiches were hard and the buns were burnt. One sandwich that should have had extra mayo on it,has it all around the box with a tiny fdabn the edge of the buns. At this point,the box probably would have tasted better than the good. I guess I shouldn't be surprised,as numerous patrons have said how horrible the food and service is it this location. Big...

Ordered my sandwich and side of eggs 10 mins ahead of time i walk in theres nobody waiting for food besides 2 other people All the manager sat there and did was play on her phone and complain the cook was taking to long, the cook also said he was falling behind on orders and she said to him “thats not my problem you should figure it out” then continues to play on her phone in front of customers all while throwing everyones food on the counter and proceeds to hand out soggy hash browns because she cant wait to cook them long enough god forbid it takes 30 seconds away from your phone. I very rarely write non 5 star reviews. I normally love McDonalds. This place served me very old food. Way past time it should have been thrown out. Then, when it was replaced it was really burnt, presumably because the oil hasn't been cleaned or changed in quite a while. The staff was standing around and goofing off with each other. The lobby was trashed. I am very disappointed. The owner needs to take a round turn on this location. But I guess given that it is attached to a Walmart, they are making their money so why try hard to give the customers quality, service, value, or...
