No one ever came to the car, I saw employees in the restaurant and assumed they might just be busy, so I waited. It got to be 8:50, and still no one came to my car, so I called.. I finally get my food, and theyâve forgotten my drink, no big deal, I let them know they, get me my drink. When I finally get home my Caprese sandwich (which I added chicken to) is missing tomatoes⊠All of these little inconveniences separate are no big deal! I get it things happen⊠Itâs just so disappointing. If they were out of tomatoes or had already put them away I wouldâve been completely understanding if they just let me know that. Also the fact that I saw people in there, they noticed my car and didnât come to check and see if maybe I was curbside pick up order waiting on the counter is frustrating as I also work in restaurants. Went in the lobby around 8:21pm, because the driveway line wasnât moving and I had been sitting there. Plus when I got to the speaker, no one said anything. When I got in the lobby it took a person about 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. They were walking around on their phones and stuff not paying us at the register any attention. One young lady (I.P.) finally came over to help after another young lady asked her too, but she was already so busy cleaning the lobby. I donât understand how come the people that was on their phones couldnât help. Itâs sickening. Around 8:45pm the young lady (I.P.) came to help us again. When she went checked, she stated my food had been sitting in the drive thru area. I told her that when the other girl acknowledged me that I told her I had an online drive thru order but the drive thru line was not moving/hectic.
