As the name says, ham is what makes them stand out.

My husband and I went here on a Sunday afternoon because his company gave him a gift card for the holidays.

The Place: Super simple—nothing fancy—but it was clean, organized, and had enough space between tables. There are only a few seats, mostly for small groups of up to four. It’s the kind of place where you grab something quick or take it to go.

What We Ordered: BBQ Smoked Stacker Sandwich: Quality, tasty ham that was very fresh. For me, it had too much barbecue sauce, but despite that, it was good. The Honey Baked Sandwich: Also made with quality, tasty ham. It was fresh and delicious—I liked this one more than the BBQ sandwich. Side of Broccoli Bacon Bliss: It was okay, but the portion was very small. I wouldn’t order it again.

What we drank: Just Coke, but they do offer free refills.

To-Go: We also ordered a Bone-In Quarter Ham to take home, and it was absolutely delicious. It’s definitely pricey, but it tastes incredible. Honestly, I prefer enjoying the ham on its own rather than in a sandwich with sauces that compete with its flavor.

The Service: The staff were friendly and fast.

Parking: Yes, there’s parking available.

Conclusion: This is a great place to grab something quickly and enjoy some excellent ham. The sandwiches are good and made with quality ingredients, but they didn’t blow me away. On the other hand, the Bone-In Quarter Ham we ordered to-go was incredibly delicious and definitely worth it if you...

after stepping out of the establishment for 5 minutes after purchase due to circumstances we found out we weren’t going to be needing ham anymore, We went back inside for a refund but was refused a refund when the website specifically says that they accept refunds up to 60 days and also if it was un-opened, un-touched etc. The “manager” was also rude and disrespectful her name is Nicole she also lied about being the manager , after being denied a refund we got on the phone with corporate immediately and corporate said that they need to issue a refund because that is the policy on the website, So we took the phone inside to talk to Nicole that claimed to be the store manager but then proceeded to go get the actual manager when asked to do so by corporate , And when she went to go get the actual manager she intentionally hung up the phone and disconnected us from the representative that was trying to help us...

I want to give a huge shout out to Honey Baked Ham for making out company benefits meeting a success. They were ready to take my catering order when I called, they were early to drop it off the day of, Megan had an awesome attitude, super helpful and overall made the experience better.
