Zappia's Cucina & Brick Oven Pizza is a hidden gem in Summit – family-owned since 1985, and it shows in every bite. I tried the Margherita pizza, and the brick-oven crust was perfectly crispy with that authentic wood-fired char, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil that burst with flavor. Wish I could give more stars, as it is our favorite pizza in town. But delivery is the absolute worst. Always over an hour and sometimes they say it’ll be so long that you shouldn’t even bother. This last time, we didn’t even order anything that required cooking- 3 cold subs and a salad. Perhaps it’s their production capacity. I dont know if I’m disappointed or relieved to hear that I’m not the only one who thinks delivery stinks. Not sure what they need to do to fix this problem, but until they do, we’ll be ordering our weekly pizza...

If it wasn't for the quality of their food, I would be proving them a lower rating.
