Today is May 13th at 1:16 pm i went to grab lunch. I want to give you the exact time so that you can watch the camera footage back and see how HORRIBLE the customer service was in your establishment. When I came in today two customers were waiting on Honey chicken which is fine because I thought you may have just had a lunch rush. I decided I may just get a salad instead I asked if they had salad dressing and was told they didn't have any. On EVERY occasion I have came to this CHIPOTLE they never have salad dressing. The employee at the counter then informed me that they don't have dressing because some of the ingredients in the dressing are used to make rice and if they don't have rice they can't open the store. She said we never have enough ingredients. At this point I'm irritated because what would be the point of having salads on your menu? I then decide I will just wait on the honey chicken because I can see an employee cutting the chicken. As she is cutting the chicken 3 employees stand around watching her having personal conversations that were very vulgar and embarassing. I had second hand embarassment for whoever owns this place because i'm also in managment. Once the chicken is cut after 10 mins of the workers laughing and joking, I begin making my bowl this employee had just came back from her break so I don't blame her but everything on the bar was low as far as toppings. So all this time they stood around talking they could have been restocking and cleaning and the presentation was awful. Even the drink cooler was partially empty of drinks. This is so sad and I don't complain ever but I HATE this chipotle they honestly need to clean house because it's always bad customer service and people only come because it's the only...
Read moreI had kind of a weird/off putting experience today. I showed up to buy 2 large drinks, the watermelon limeade that Chipotle offers. I can't drink the fountain drinks with high fructose corn syrup and I'm pregnant and was craving the watermelon limeade. So I go up to the counter and ask the girl working if they had the fountain drinks working today (the other day when I came for the limeade, it wasn't available so I just wanted to be sure) and she said yes. I purchased the 2 drinks and went to go fill them, only to find that the fountains had been removed for the day. I'm not sure if they ran out or if it wasn't working but either way, it wasn't there. I went back to the counter and told the lady that the fountains actually weren't working and that the drink I came for is gone. She said "so you want a refund?" And I said "I guess?" Because I wasn't sure if they could just refund it or if there was any other solution. She told her manager to yelled to me that "we don't refund drinks" and I was like "okay...what should I do then? I only came for that specific drink and the cashier said it was available". She walked up to a different male manager and said "this lady is arguing with me about a drink refund" and the male manager approached me and said "sorry ma'am it's chipotle policy , we don't do refunds on drinks". So I said "okay. Can I come back tomorrow or on a day where you guys are offering the limeade again?" And he told "no the cups can only be used the day you get them". I was kinda stunned because I was given no solution. They advertised a product and confirmed that they had it in stock, only for it to be out of stock and then I'm told there's nothing they can do. I left empty handed and they charged me $8...
Read moreThis is probably one of the worst and most frustrating Chipotle locations I've ever been to. I would say that I'm a Chipotle expert. I've been eating the food for almost 15 years. Never once in those years have I had the restaurant tell me that the chicken was going to take 30 minutes to cook. But its okay. I had the time so I waited. In that time, I watched every employee move as slow as humanly possible while restocking the ingredients, and even worse, I watched them chop and fully restock the chicken in the take-out section while 3 people (myself included) waited for the chicken in the dining area. That was fully baffling to me. Enough so that my wife and I left without even ordering. So two sales were lost, not including who ever walked away after hearing that there was no chicken. This trip was already difficult because the last time I was there they were sold out of lettuce. I asked for a little extra cheese to compensate for the lost lettuce and they told me that extra cheese costs extra $$$. That was news to me! After almost 15 years of going I have NEVER heard that. So, as I was about to online order my food during the chicken shortage visit today, guess what I noticed... that's right, extra cheese is $0 extra cost when ordering through the app. Does Chipotle need to pay these employees more so the customers can have better experiences or do y'all need to retrain the team including managment so this restaurant isn't running out of ingredients in the middle of the day??? Because this is also the most consistantly slow/empty Chipotle I've ever been to so its very confusing why it cannot...
