Good Fella'z Pizzeria — Restaurant in Sunbury

Good Fella'z has always been a top pick of ours. I ordered tonight and the bosco sticks had no cheese in them, because it was all in the foil where they were overcooked. My kids weren't too happy with them and were looking forward to them. My steak sub should have had cheese and peppers on it. It only had a little mayo. I tried to eat it as I'm not one to complain. Things happen but I was so upset the I kindly called. The kid that answered the phone was not empathetic at all and kept putting me down to "talk to my manager". Why didn't the manager offer to take the call?? I paid over $12 for that part of my order but they offered me a replacement or a $5 credit. I don't want your driver to make another trip and I'm so aggravated that I'm no longer hungry. My pizzas were ok so I can snack on them. I was frustrated at the whole situation. The manager NEVER offered to take the call, the kid lacked empathetic so bad it was saddening. I didn't ask to speak to the manager because if he cared about my experience HE would have been on the line. I'm a manager at my business and that's how I expect complaints to be handled in my line of work - especially if you see I NEVER call to complain but only to order. I'm not sure if we will order again to use the (what became) $8 credit. Sad because I just finished raving to one of my neighbors how it was...

We came up from GA as we were viewing the eclipse...... my FIL wanted pizza and I have to have gluten free so I found this on my FIND ME gf APP. when we pulled up I was not impressed at first because we had to eat outside and it looked interesting....HOWEVER ordering was very easy.... the the staff was very nice. I think it was the owner ? who gave my daughter a little snack and treat which was very kind of him. When I got my pizza I had to ask if it was in fact gf because the crust was not that flat crust you normally get. when I took a bite it was crunchy in the crust but not hard....and the flavor was nice. It was a wonderful pizza for being GF and something I typically dont get because mine are always flat. my FIL and husband got the everything pizza and they enjoyed it. (idk what it was called but it had everything) The portions were great and it seemed like they used good ingredients. I was most impressed by my pizza !!! I wish they were in GA because im sitting here thinking about their pizza 2 days later LOL ....

Goodfellas was extremely rude about my sons food allergy when we asked them to make a Stromboli with no cheese. They took the order and made the Stromboli, but when I got home with my pickup order we realized the Stromboli was extremely under cooked and full of raw dough (to the point we thought the dough was cheese). When I called to ask them to remake the order, Manager "Steve" was extremely rude and defensive when I tried to explain the situation. He was adamant nothing was wrong with the Stromboli and hung up on me. When I returned to the shop and showed Steve the raw Stromboli, he berated me in front of his other customers, telling me it was MY FAULT because we asked them to "experiment" with their food.

I am usually pretty easy going, and rarely speak up when someone gets my order wrong, but I cannot believe the way Good Fellas handled this situation. Luckily for us, Sunbury has plenty of other...
