with my family to make some purchases. While trying on clothes in the fitting room area, I was verbally and physically assaulted by one of the store employees.

This woman, who appeared to be Venezuelan with gray hair in a ponytail, began shouting at me aggressively, demanding that I greet her. Moments later, she began banging on the fitting room door, yelling out loudly and repeatedly, “Who’s in there?” even though I clearly responded several times that the fitting room was occupied.

Despite my responses, she opened the door and forcefully hit me in the back with it, causing significant pain. This was not only humiliating but also physically harmful. I was deeply shaken and reported the incident to a store manager immediately, but she seemed unaware of who was working in that area and did not take the matter seriously.

I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated in your store. Customers should feel safe and respected—especially in a luxury retail environment like Polo...

I’ve been to many Polo stores all over Florida. The one on Sawgrass Mall has exceptional customer service. Today I was shopping for the big pony polo shirt with the RL crescent. I could not find my size but the cash register girl named Ciara was so helpful that she went out her way to find me the shirt and called another Polo store who had my size shirt. I was close to giving up but Ciara made it happen and I am one happy customer. Now I await for my shirt to be shipped to my house all thanks to Ciara”s great diligent customer service. We need more people like Ciara working in retail she is amazing and I hope she knows how thankful I am. I hope her managers know they have a bright young lady working and representing Polo in the best way possible. If you see this Ciara thank you so much Happy...

I’ve been shopping at the Polo Factory Outlet at Sawgrass Mills Mall for 20 years. It has over time been renovated, customer service improved and the merchandise mix has been upgraded with fewer close outs and more new product offerings. They still offer discounts on a regular basis.

They also added a RL patch shop and give you the opportunity to customize your garment with one or more sewn on patches! And the cost for the sewn on patch is nominal. I have added patches to the last 6 shirts I’ve bought there in the past year.

The other big improvement to the store is with store layout & their visual displays. The store Visual Merchandisers are doing a great job with their feature displays and accessorizing each department.
