Dippin' Dots — Restaurant in Sunrise

Inaccurate information and deplorable customer service. First, this "booth" in Sawgrass Mills mall has no working phone number and no way to call ahead and place orders. Second, upon traveling to the mall to make the large order for a birthday party, the staff member indicated the product and necessary supplies (i.e. dry ice, insulated container) would be provided at the time of pick up. On the day of the party, I returned to find the manager stating that no dry ice or special containers are ever provided and that the staff member misinformed me as she was a new hire. No apology, no attempt to rectify the situation. Lots of disappointed kids. I'll never purchase dippin dots from...

If you’ve never had Dippin’ Dots, you need to get with the times! Dippin’ Dots was “the Ice Cream of the Future” when I was a kid! Delight yourself with the awesomeness that is Dippin’ Dots. No extra charge if you want to mix flavors! I recommend Banana Split and/or Strawberry but I understand cookies and cream is pretty popular too....
