Nasty workers-- A month and a half ago I came here and asked one of the coffee makers to give me a CARAMEL iced coffee with ALMOND milk substitute. Now, when they're taking your drink order from afar just to make things "quicker", your order is bound to get messed up. The cashier didn't add A.M. and the idiot woman didn't either. She had such an attitude and DID NOT want to make it over because the receipt didn't say what I originally said as if it was my fault that she's deaf. It was until the cashier heard my mom cursing on the phone saying if they don't make your drink over I'm coming over there. Why did my mom have to threaten this establishment in order to make my damn drink over? I haven't been there in a month and a half until recently a few days ago. The same bitter lady is there and I made sure to size her up since she really thought she could look me up and down like I'm afraid of her. She doesn't make iced coffees well at all and I asked her for more caramel and grabbed the drink out of her hand with no f*cks. Avoid this DD at all costs because they're always messing up your order (food AND drinks!) and the workers are incredibly unprofessional unlike other DD's that actually re-make your drink over with no nasty...

We got coffee and sandwiches here on the way to markham park across the street. When we got to the park, the coffee immediately spilled Before we even put the straw in. And on the sandwiches they didn't even melt the cheese. If it wasn't for the sandwiches, we wouldn't have asked for another coffee. However, since they messed up on the sandwiches as well we went back to the store and try to get another. I had a great experience here. Friendly staff and clientele. I came in the afternoon on a hot day and ordered the Pineapple Mango Refresher. It was made quickly, too. Let me tell you, it was very delicious and just what I needed for a hot summer afternoon in South Florida. $4.29 before tax and it was served in a big cup. My kid ordered a donut and an iced decaf coffee. Both came out exceptionally well. The staff was nice and accommodating, and the clientele were nice people all-around.
