I had my twins sleeping in the car and I didn’t want to wake them up, take them down from their car seat, etc (if you’re a mom, you know what a HASSLE this is). The app was not accepting my password and it would not send me a reset password link. So I called the store to see if I could order the drink on the phone, and then go in quickly and pay for it rather than waiting inside. I was literally outside the store. This way I could wait outside with my kids in the car and not have to take them down. The person who answered the phone wouldn’t help me, citing policy, telling me to restart the phone, etc. In the end, he said he had other customers… He spent more time arguing with me than the time that it would’ve taken to take down an order for ONE iced latte. He could have done something nice for someone and gotten a 5 star review for the favor. But instead, they’re getting this 1 star review. It’s the little things that matter in this world, and people lose their sense of humanity over dumb “policies”. I know the person was just doing their job, so here’s a tip for management to train their employees on how random acts of kindness go a long way. Signed, one tired mama who could have used a...

Read moreThis location has gotten a lot better since they have a friendlier morning staff. The staff there when they launched months ago were nice up front, but there was an expressionless man in the back cooking sandwiches who didn’t talk. I was just there this weekend and they have another man now cooking sandwiches who smiled and was courteous. Smiles matter. I also like that they’re very efficient and I’ve not had to wait in line there. When I need donuts for my work I come here, even though there’s a Dunkin Donuts closer to my work, because there’s less of a wait here. Oh, and they get my orders right, of course. One thing people have mentioned is DD seems to be putting less sprinkles on their donuts, at least at two locations down here. My husband noticed immediately haha. Hopefully that was just a fluke.**Not a fluke. California Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants still put PLENTY of sprinkles on their doughnuts. What’s up with Broward Dunkin’ Donuts giving...
