Mr. Chang's — Restaurant in Sunrise

I've ordered from Mr. Chang's quite a few times and have never had an issue. They seriously have the nicest staff there! When you call in, you're greeted by a happy voice and when you show up to pick up your food, you feel as though they're happy to have served you. The food is pretty much what you would expect from a neighborhood Chinese restaurant, but I've never felt like it was too salty or under-flavored. I’m new to the area and I was craving some Chinese food. Well I ordered orange chicken family meal. The orange chicken was made with barbecue sauce?? Very not Chinese. I also ordered fried dumplings ( these were bought from the local Publix frozen food section. The egg rolls were over cooked. Even the fortune cookies were stale. I picked up my food at the restaurant, it was very unsanitary there and I should stopped and asked for a refund then, but now I know. I ordered through DoorDash from this place. Worst Chinese food I have EVER had. The beef looked slimy and not cooked and the bourbon chicken was overly dry? I didn't even know chicken thighs could possibly come out dry like that. I am assuming that it was recooked several times. The egg rolls tasted like they had cinnamon sugar in them.
