Bartending was horrible and lady was kinda rude, not sure how yall got such good experiences guess I was just the odd one out, not sure why tho
EDIT: To be arguing with people who had a bad experience isn’t very “professional” my “fake” review stated how unprofessional the lady was, if your establishment is mostly males then maybe it was you yourself who gave such bad service and maybe that’s why your being so defensive as well, instead of arguing with an old customer why don’t you talk to your staff about the situation and handle it then a quick apology not argument and then move on with your day. I’m embarrassed for myself to have to do this but i’m so very embarrassed for you for causing this. Also only other location is over 3 hours away I just looked it up, this is surf city right?
EDIT 2: I was in yesterday night I threw away my receipt after not tipping because there’s no surprise to my bank then, why would I provide you with something when you’ve been openly disrespectful and unprofessional with me. Lady screamed at me for not tipping but why would I after the horrible service I received, It’s probably just time before whoever looses their cool again and get you more...

No apologies or communication about it being an accident. She knew full well what she was doing and that she had been caught. That is shady by itself, but when I left a comment on their Facebook page about this issue I was blocked, making it so that no one could see my comment anymore. Again, implying that they knew what they were doing was wrong and didn’t want to be called out for it. The only reason I’m now leaving this review is because they can’t delete this...
