When we showed up there wasn't much of a line and it was moving kind of quick, so I was kind of excited. We are from out of town and by the time we got up to the ice cream, there was a line out the door and we were rushed so hard that I just picked something, my husband was given the wrong cone originally, and he was made to pay before my ice cream was even scooped. It would've been nice to be able to stop and actually see what all they had, but I wasn't given an opportunity. And yeah, it's great that your employees can handle a rush, but it's terrible that they're rushing the customers so much that we don't have time to actually contemplate what we want. This charming, family-owned shop offers a warm and welcoming ambiance, with friendly smiles greeting you the moment you walk in.
