KFC — Restaurant in Surfside Beach

So I order a five-piece chicken tenders meal, this order usually comes with five chicken strips, a biscuit, a side, and a drink. So he rings up my order, I pay for it and as I'm walking away he asks me if I wanted to drink with that, I asked "Doesn't it come with a drink?", He replies "No". I thought that was odd they normally do come with drinks. So I pay for a drink and wait for my food. Several minutes later they bring up my order. It included a small box of nuggets my side and drink. I asked if this was a five-piece tender meal? And the lady in the kitchen said kids meals don't come in five pieces. I tell the guy that I didn't order a kids nuggets, I ordered chicken tenders. He literally gave me a look of confusion. Already being late to begin with I just took the food which I had already paid for and left. The food was fine but in my opinion I do not think this restaurant knows what...

I would give this place a 0 stars if I could. I tried to go through the drive through today at 10:08 am. Their signs said they opened at 10:00am. I waited at least 10 minutes at the speaker (with employees going into the store. They SAW me at the drive through). I called out hello twice with no response. Not one person (and they knew I was waiting) came on the headset and took my order OR gave me any information, such as, due to covid we don't open until..., I'm sorry, we are running behind getting the store open we'll be with you shortly. Nope, they just let me sit at the drive through. I drove away. The sad things is I went to that KFC specifically bc I was going to the state park. I will NOT go to this KFC again. This is the same KFC who was out of chicken (none cooked) on a Sunday afternoon right after church! How can a chicken restaurant not have chicken cooked...

Seems to be very poorly run every time I go in very long wait times bathrooms are filthy dining room filthy wish there was another KFC close enough. They always seem to be out of something trip it was the cookies for the $5 fill up place needs a remodel and possibly just some new management to get the employees to do their job this was a guest in the bathroom on the floor

Well it's been 5 years since my last review not much has changed order online say it's going to be 5 minutes get here wait 5 minutes after my pickup time just to be told it's going to be another 12 to 15 minutes who runs out of chicken at 5:40 in the evening you know to cook it you see you're getting low cook more this isn't rocket science but it's the same with every fast food joint in this area they all want top dollar for their food but have subpar service I'm about done...
