By the time you read this review I’d imagine this truly horrible establishment would hopefully be out of business, but if not I’d like to warn you I’ve never tried worse pizza in my life As well the waiter insulted my 8 year old special needs daughter for not knowing how to pronounce the Italian food on the menu. The servers every single one I attempted to speak too, just completely hated there job, it seemed as if they were contemplating there entire existence on this world , I can’t imagine how bad it could be to work there if I ate there and wanted to run, as well as I couldn’t believe I told the waiters right to there face that this was disgusting food, after trying to send my food back the salad was Soley lettuce no other vegetables, the pizza was horrendous and thought maybe if it was well done and also not raw, it would be a little more would edible but the 3 waiters that I asked refused, without hesitation ,it seemed as if they would be shocked if I said the food was good The staff here would thrive working at the DMV, and matches the ambience and the energy of the DMV but that would be an insult to the department of motor vehicle,
Response to the kind reply by owner Is comical, just proves every reviews point, TY and all the other garbage reviews thats saying this establishment is the kind that should have been closed for good long Ago to be kind! I don’t know how your business is still profitable all the locals know to stay far away, and I’ll make sure since I’m wheelchair bound and won’t be working for quite a while to let the tourists know how this establishment feels about customers with opinions, especially the customers with...
Read moreLet me start off by saying that the waiter was excellent. Besides that, this restaurant is the worst I've ever been to. The food was bland, one of our meals came out 40 minutes before the rest of our party. The Caesar salad was brown and the croutons were soggy. There were 8 of us and when we asked for bread we asked for 2 baskets which the waiter informed us wouldn't be a problem. When the person brought the bread out he only brought 1 basket which wasn't an issue until I asked for another one for the table which he responded with "You'll get another basket when you finish this one". I informed him that we asked for 2 and would like 2. I have never felt so disrespected in a restaurant before in my life. Maybe it was because I wasn't Jewish enough for them (I wasn't wearing a yarmulke). After the meal we ordered a dessert and I informed them it was an anniversary. They brought out a beautiful plate with Happy Anniversary written on it in chocolate sauce which would have been perfect if the dessert didn't have a big piece of hair on it. For me, this was the last straw so I decided to speak to the manager. I don't know why I expected him to care what I had to say but I spoke to him anyway. Well, he could really care less and basically told me it was all the waiters fault. Completely classless. When we were getting ready to leave the people in the table next to us were being moved to another table because someone else wanted to sit at their table. They looked at us like they couldn't believe what was going on. I told them not to waste their time or money and to find a better place to eat...
Read moreFood was horrible. We ordered the cine cita salad, quinoa salad, tuna salad, 3 pizza and ravioli pasta, along with 4 coffees. The billed totaled to $290.
Numerous mistakes on the bill were made I had to send the waitress 3x to fix it. We were charged for items that weren’t ordered, charged $8.95 per coffee ( corrected to $4.95 after I saw the mistake). The bill finally totaled $260 after all mistakes were corrected.
In terms of the food, the experience was even worst. The cine cita salad was lying on a bed of arugula, with 4 chickpeas and two pieces of heart of palm. No avocado, no tomato, no dressing. The tuna salad came without cucumber or tomatoes ( the waitress told Us after the fact that they were out). The quinoa salad was basically arugula with 1/4 cup quinoa. Absolutely gross. No flavor, NOT AS DESCRIBED on the menu. Very disappointing.
The raviolis came in a huge plate with 6 raviolis and heavy cream over it. Editable, nothing special. Pizza was alright, probably the only decent food there. Coffees were good, basic, but as expected.
Overall, would highly NOT recommend this place. There’s plenty of restaurants down on Harding that is worth your time rather than here. Not sure how they stay open. Very upset with...
