Had the worst experience with this store customer services particularly with Prisila, ast week... I order an item That i waited for 2 weeks to get and when finally arrived all packaged I took the item and Come back to exchange for a size smaller then she realized there was a an old water stain on the back... and couldn’t do anything else for me... she started to hesitate on helping me and telling me to groom the shirt as big as it and to take it to a taylor.... is more than obvious she sold me this item deffeceted... and not only that I being going to claim a bag also sold defected and she is the one telling me she excalated this issue for me and i still haven’t heard for a solution for my problem.... she is definitely not a good customer service or a sales person either... im super disappointed of versace Service... I dont even want to buy anything else from that store because they are loosing quality on the clothing...
