I thought I purchased the Dior Sauvage cologne for my boyfriend for Christmas from here. I had it gift wrapped as soon as I purchased it. On Christmas when my boyfriend opened the gift I as mortified and humiliated because the item was AFTERSHAVE, not Cologne. I wanted this to be a special gift and instead it turned into a joke.

I went to customer service today at the same location I purchased it from. The man at customer service was the equivalent of a robot and could have cared less about my traumatic Christmas. He never apologized for the situation and had a smirk on his face as if he thought the situation was hilarious seemed to be holding in a chuckle. The whole situation was awkward, quiet, and uncomfortable. He issued a refund as his only words were “back on the card?” for the situation. I told him I wanted to get the actual cologne I intended to purchase in the beginning and he said “oh you have to go downstairs and re-purchase the correct item if you want it,” in the most DISSMISSIVE, condescending tone.

I left. I have no interest in giving Neiman Marcus another dime after this nightmare of a situation, and the despicable way the idiot at customer service treated me.

Me and my Boyfriend came to this store on 11/15 . We are not from Florida . We purchase 5 bottles of expensive perfume and cologne . . Before we checked out I told my boyfriend we only did a carry on so we might better wait and just order them because I didn't feel like checking a bag when it was time to fly back. The sales rep hear the conversation and said that's no issue we can mail them to you after you purchase at the counter. Which her name was Carina Margo. Now this is where it went wrong . Package came on 11/20 but it was missing two of the items we purchase. FYI we was charge for all 5 I have my receipt. I call immediately and got a different sales Rep because my original one was not answering her line. That sales rep stated it will be coming separate because it was coming from a different location and that didn't make no sense to me. 11/21 I call all day and finally got my sales rep she stated she would check with shipping and call me back. She call back stating all 5 was in the same box. " No Ma'am is what I said and ask for a manager to call me. A manager finally call be back and was nasty , short and rude. He repeat the same line over and over we will have to do an investigation and call back. My response is okay when will I have my items or my money return . While you determine who at Neiman and Marcus stole my items? Never again the 2 missing...
