I have such great things to say about my experience at the store. Colleen is my sales associate and every time I go in she makes visiting the store such a nice experience. I’m a nurse I work so hard and like to buy a treat for myself here and there at the store. I love the brand but what makes me come back is that Colleen makes me feel right at home and even helps me pick options that I would of not normally picked but love. I usually buy an item and leave knowing what I want my next on my wish list. I always come in with my husband and 7 year old son and they make us all feel welcomed. Many places in Bal harbor don’t openly welcome small children. It’s a scam!!! Got this for xmass from my sister, over 420$ for this piece of “julery” that brooke after a couple of months! Not worthy!!!!!! In top of that went to the store in Bal harbour with the receipt and the first thing I’m told is it will take up to 4 to 6 weeks to fix, when I asked it can be shipped I was told yes it can, together with the bill of the fixing. I asked about the warranty and was told is 6 months when I was asking if is not a year but I think it was bought 6 months ago. The very condescending male assistant interrupted me letting me know he needs to finish his point so I can understand!!! It really was not cool. I was asked to not speak! It was too much, I didn’t want to escalate and just left. The pieces was purchased 6 months ago ( so in warranty) 420$ for a piece of worthless plastic and on top being refused to fix! I went to David Yurman’s store in Bal Harbor mainly just intent on finding a nice new necklace.. & the inventory was spectacular! The customer service was also terrific, and I have to spotlight one employee Gregorio Gonzalez for being especially helpful for me.. he was very welcoming showing me around the store & he assisted me greatly in finding exactly what I was looking for. This was a very ‘comfortable’ environment to make my purchase today, and the entire staff was very patient- and more over, the merchandise is top-notch.
