Hello I own my own business as well as being an employee to a Business: I hold the position of a general manager for a company. I would never allow my customers to be treated the way I was treated tonight at two different locations the worst being the first one I was at. I stopped at Your young town location and waited in the drive through for 22 minutes and still did not get to order. At the 23 minute mark I decided not to even order and wanted to just leave The location and never return, as I go to pull through the drive through I was not able to exit the property as they had a customer waiting on there items for another 5 minutes. Finally after that customer received there food I was able to finally leave the property! Mind you I did not order or receive any items from this location due to the poor customer service and the wait times. At this point I wasn’t fully dis satisfied with the company I still had high hopes for the company and proceeded to another location in hopes of a better quality customer service and less wait times. When i arrived at the second location I was able to order my food in a appropriate amount of time, which was very nice but after ordering my food I still proceeded to wait 14 min before receiving my order. I am highly disappointed in jack in the box and customer service experience I received especially having to go to two locations in one night. Read moreWhy are they always out of food? Second time this week I went to this located the first time they weren't making burgers just fried things like onion rings and fries. So I went to a different location. Second time I went was tonight and I order my kids some things 2 platters and a side of mini pancakes. So I started ordering for me I ask for a side salad they said they weren't doing those tonight so I said okay can I get tacos they said they aren't doing those either. So I ask what are you out of so I don't order what you don't have. So they girl name some things that she can think of. So I just ordered a burger. I go to the drive thre they tell me they can only make one platter I ask why they said they ran out of pancakes. So I had to think what to order my daughter. My ice coffee I order was nasty but I was like whatever it's just ice coffee I didn't say nothing then I was leaving and my daughter asked if they gave us the mini pancakes...which they didn't they didn't even mention that they didn't have those either all they said was they couldn't do one platter. Yet they didn't charge me for it but they couldn have told me. So I had to quick and think what to get my daughter last minute and make another run somewhere else. I don't see this store lasting... oh and may I add while waiting for my food you can just see the employees messing around. Read moreI wish I could give zero stars or even a negative number of stars. Had a limited amount of time before meeting to get eggrolls for my 85-year-old mother and myself. That is all I ordered. No drinks no side orders. There were only two cars ahead of me and yet it took the first car about 10 minutes to get their food. The one right in front of me about five minutes. When I finally got to the window, I waited about another five minutes (they took my payment while I was waiting). After waiting a reasonable amount of time I was asked to pull around to the front and they would bring my order out when it was ready. I had already spent 20 minutes online waiting on Fast food eggrolls! I asked how much longer it would be because I had a meeting I was going to be late for now after all this waiting already. They said another five minutes. I told him I did not have another five minutes to wait and I was told I would have to wait no matter where I waited for them Weather out front or in the line and so I told them to please refund my money I don’t have any more time to wait. I was told that the refund was processed back onto my card however it has not been and it’s already been several days. They do not answer their phone at all and this is the phone number on my receipt and on their website. I reported it to corporate and still yet no one has...
