Hello I own my own business as well as being an employee to a Business: I hold the position of a general manager for a company. I would never allow my customers to be treated the way I was treated tonight at two different locations the worst being the first one I was at. I stopped at Your young town location and waited in the drive through for 22 minutes and still did not get to order. At the 23 minute mark I decided not to even order and wanted to just leave The location and never return, as I go to pull through the drive through I was not able to exit the property as they had a customer waiting on there items for another 5 minutes. Finally after that customer received there food I was able to finally leave the property! Mind you I did not order or receive any items from this location due to the poor customer service and the wait times. At this point I wasn’t fully dis satisfied with the company I still had high hopes for the company and proceeded to another location in hopes of a better quality customer service and less wait times. When i arrived at the second location I was able to order my food in a appropriate amount of time, which was very nice but after ordering my food I still proceeded to wait 14 min before receiving my order. I am highly disappointed in jack in the box and customer service experience I received especially having to go to two locations in one night. I will never again return to this company and will advise my customers, friends and family of the service I received tonight; to not go to this company especially the locations I wasted my...

Why are they always out of food? Second time this week I went to this located the first time they weren't making burgers just fried things like onion rings and fries. So I went to a different location. Second time I went was tonight and I order my kids some things 2 platters and a side of mini pancakes. So I started ordering for me I ask for a side salad they said they weren't doing those tonight so I said okay can I get tacos they said they aren't doing those either. So I ask what are you out of so I don't order what you don't have. So they girl name some things that she can think of. So I just ordered a burger. I go to the drive thre they tell me they can only make one platter I ask why they said they ran out of pancakes. So I had to think what to order my daughter. My ice coffee I order was nasty but I was like whatever it's just ice coffee I didn't say nothing then I was leaving and my daughter asked if they gave us the mini pancakes...which they didn't they didn't even mention that they didn't have those either all they said was they couldn't do one platter. Yet they didn't charge me for it but they couldn have told me. So I had to quick and think what to get my daughter last minute and make another run somewhere else. I don't see this store lasting... oh and may I add while waiting for my food you can just see the employees messing around. If you don't have much to sell why have a bunch of ppl working makes no sense. They are not working. They are making jack in the box look horrible and giving ppl...

I wish I could give zero stars or even a negative number of stars. Had a limited amount of time before meeting to get eggrolls for my 85-year-old mother and myself. That is all I ordered. No drinks no side orders. There were only two cars ahead of me and yet it took the first car about 10 minutes to get their food. The one right in front of me about five minutes. When I finally got to the window, I waited about another five minutes (they took my payment while I was waiting). After waiting a reasonable amount of time I was asked to pull around to the front and they would bring my order out when it was ready. I had already spent 20 minutes online waiting on Fast food eggrolls! I asked how much longer it would be because I had a meeting I was going to be late for now after all this waiting already. They said another five minutes. I told him I did not have another five minutes to wait and I was told I would have to wait no matter where I waited for them Weather out front or in the line and so I told them to please refund my money I don’t have any more time to wait. I was told that the refund was processed back onto my card however it has not been and it’s already been several days. They do not answer their phone at all and this is the phone number on my receipt and on their website. I reported it to corporate and still yet no one has...

My partner and I stopped by on our way home from morning errands. We opted to put in a mobile order because I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted and wanted to make things easier for the staff. While placing my order, there was an error and I had to check out twice (my bag was still there, so I assumed it didn't go through). The employees inside told me when I picked it up that it had gone through twice and they cancelled the other one. I was so grateful! Then when we got home, almost everything in our order had something wrong with it. We ordered two breakfast jacks - neither of them had any meat. We ordered two 5+$ croissant sausage breakfast sandwiches. Neither of them had any sausage. How the hell do you send out four breakfast sandwiches without any meat in them and not even let the customer know if you're out of meat or something? I work in retail so I would literally understand if they didn't have it and we placed an online order so they have to fulfil it. They were able to tell me that my order got double -placed, but they were willing to let me leave missing effectively all of the meat from everything but my burger? We will not be coming back to this location.

Oh my goodness, where do you want me to start. Went inside to order went to the restroom first men's room, that is. What a pigsty the commode was full of you know what and TP the garbage cans were overfilling and it smells. I ordered three egg rolls nothing to drink got my order and was leaving as I walked to my car there was a white car parked next to me and a Jack In The Box employee female that is got out of the car and I clearly saw her throw the coke cup large one on the ground. I just looked at her and said, "You work here." She had the nerve to ask me that that fell out of my car, and I go know you threw that out of the car on the ground. So she picks up the cup of opens, and her driver's door puts it in there and walks into the store. This was ugly the sign says let us know if there's something by Passenger did that and they did nothing about it on a scale of 1 to 10 it's definitely gets a 2 come on Jack do better than this you should be embarrassed.
