I’ve come to this location several times before it came under its current ownership several years back. I had always come in for the lunch special which usually included a sandwich, bag of chips and a drink. It seems that once the ownership or maybe management changed hands to it’s current that’s everything changed. There’s the older guy with the glasses that just doesn’t seem to be very customer oriented. The first time I stepped in there while he was working I had asked for that same lunch special I always ordered. It no longer came with chips and he said that I would have to pay for those separate. I declined then he said that I could take the chips but they usually charge for them. Then I do recall there was another time I went in and left with a very unpleasant experience. Well today and it’s been perhaps a couple of years since I’ve even visited this location that same guy is there and I ask for and my sandwich with half ham and half turkey. He immediately replies that they don’t do half meats. I always asked for half meats and they give me that at the other locations. So anyway I just gestured to him never mind and just walked out. I just don’t understand how you would want to run a business and not accommodate your customers. This will be the very last time I ever visit this location. And to boot I am going to give him a very bad rating on the way out. I wished I could’ve given him zero stars but one seems to be the...
Read moreI always come here early morning before heading out of town since we get coffee next door. We usually get the breakfast burritos. We stopped before heading out for the Thanksgiving Holiday for our usual, plus an Asiago bagel with salmon spread. Love their bagels! The burritos were smaller than the norm, and I think they now use American cheese rather than cheddar! Plus, they raised the price. The salsa was runny and lacked flavor. Seemed like it was mostly tomatoes. It used to be decent. This time I found a piece of plastic in my salsa. At first, I thought it was a piece of onion, but it was stretchy.
The last time I was here, my bagel was burnt. My hubby had to go back because I was not eating a burnt bagel, especially for that price. Another time, we had breakfast inside, plus I ordered a toasted, marble rye with salmon spread to go. The woman told me that she would make it when we were done. When I went up to get it, they were sold out, and she didn't even bother to put it aside since I pre-paid for it. I don't think we will be stopping here before heading out of town again. If we do, it will only...
Read moreUnfortunately with time goes, so does the customer service.
My wife & I have been going to this establishment for years.
The husband ( owner ) taking orders is consistently rude to customers. Personally have been screamed at by the this man due to intentionally messing with my order not once but numerous times.
This mans wife had to step in and kick her own husband out of his own restaurant for screaming at customers with a bad attitude. Shout out to the sweet wife holding the place together for this man because he's absolutely terrible at being genuinely nice to people.
Serving multiple customers that came after.. then not even calling order numbers and yelling at customers having conversations by the name of “Hey you” .
If you have the energy to scream at customers you should probably get their name when they order..
From going almost every weekend to not even wanting to get food here anymore!
Even though the food is GOOD it is definitely not worth the type of service.
Save yourself the headache go somewhere that actually values their customers.
Not the type of vibe you'd want in front...
