WONT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION OWNER IS POWER HUNGRY! On mother's day I went to pick up a pre-order and had to wait outside in 105 degrees for 25mins while other people who did not order ahead were in and out of the store faster. They ran out of the decoration I wanted and gave me an ugly pink flower instead of a similar purple flower. I emailed THE OWNER to tell him about my experience he offered an apology after several paragraphs of excuses as to why everything happened the way it did. I tried to be understanding because of COVID precautions and not wanting to be a person to complain. I told him I appreciated him reaching out and would take the coupons he offered. I than had another issue with another nothing bundt order so I emailed corporate about both issues. He was informed about my complaint and emailed me asking why I contacted corporate. I explained I had another issue was no longer satisfied with how nothing bundt was handing my $90 mother day cake purchases. He ends his email with: Btw, I am the owner, not a manager as your latest complaint indicated. My signature in my first email to you was signed as that. Your complaints canāt go to a higher authority. Here is some insight of customer service at this location. I don't think it was unreasonable to ask for a refund or coupon due to my two horrific experiences. I am sure his staff would have handled the situation better they were polite and trying their best but what can you do with leadership like this. I doubt he was even in that day to help. I would go to the goodyear location they were nice and efficient if you want a cake. This company can learn about efficiency and customer service...

As usual the cake (Pecan Praline) was awesome and the service friendly and attentive. Nice to see the awareness of our COVID environment while trying to make it lighter, āSocial Distancing Cake Walkā :). Also like how theyāre strongly suggesting everyone wear masks for the safety of their employees and others. That says a lot about leadership/ownership. It still amazes me how many people I see walking into shops not wearing masks. Itās not political people, its science. Regarding one recent reviewer who complained bitterly about waiting 25 min in 105 degree weather on Motherās Dayā¦ā¦really? Many, many food locations had over 2 hour wait times that dayā¦.. and to my knowledge, local businesses canāt control the weather. You said the owner contacted you with a letter apologizing and offering coupons to make up for itā¦.then you blast them in a public forum?? I, and hopefully most readers of your vitriol will realize thereās likely much more to that story than what youāve written. And whats with Google allowing a review.....of reviews? No comments about actually visiting the business, just about other reviews??
