Scrunch Dawgs — Restaurant in Surprise

An absolutely transcendent hotdog experience. Rob treated me like royalty, I half expected a crown with my order. The hotdog? Life-changing. I’m questioning every previous hotdog I’ve ever eaten and wondering why they were even allowed to exist. Perfectly grilled, lovingly placed in a bun like a newborn in a blanket.

I paired it with BBQ chips that crunched like a summer anthem and washed it all down with an ice-cold tea that made me see colors I didn’t know existed. If you don’t stop by and experience this magic, you’re doing life wrong.

I’ve gotten doggies here several times over the years and they never disappoint. People ask all the time where the best hot dogs are in surprise and this place is the only answer I give because. Well. They’re the best hot dog in surprise.

I’m not a huge fan of “Chicago style” but the other options are my jam. Such as spicy polish sausage and bratwurst!

I give five stars because there is nothing g to compare this place to in the area and as far as a “food cart” goes, this place is clean, the people are great, and the dogs are hot and delicious and the sodas are...

I’ve never gotten a dog from here…

But it’s awesome that the guy slinging dogs always keeps his area clean, is polite when passing by, and has never hassled me to buy a dog on the rare chance that he isn’t busing when I’m walking out of the store.
