Stores in disarray, but they seem to have a decent inventory...you just might have to dig. There doesn't seem to be designated sections for things either...for example they have bedding mixed In with the purse section, or personal care mixed in with home office. I can't say much about their customer service since no one said a word to me except for an older assocuate who was very distraught when I Picked up a bottle of body spray from the mess of a shelf It was on and a cap fell on the ground. Honestly it was A miracle that My taking out of one bottle didn't cause a plethora of others to come crashing down as the bottles were so tightly packed in disarray on that shelf. The majority of the bottles had no lids On them, and many of them were damaged. you could tell they had been "tested"a significant amount as there is only 3/4 of the bottle's left in most of them. Positive note though they are open until 11 on weekdays which for night owls like...
Read moreSupervisor, Savannah and store worker Jessica have very very poor customer service. They treated me as the customer as if I did something wrong. When I brought a return with the original price tag still on the product, and had the receipt. Due to another store miss labeling the name of the product. They refuse a refund, although the receipt and the tag that is still attached match. When I asked to speak to the store manager, she advised me she was not on site and would return tomorrow and told me to read the door where the hours were posted. When I asked the supervisor Savannah what her name was, she pulled her hair back and pointed to her name tag. It is not the Customer’s fault that you as a worker are miserable. I asked them if they could please contact the location where I purchased the item and they told me that that was not their job. That was my job to go back to I purchased so I could return since they messed...
Read moreI went shopping at Burlington Coat in the Suprise shopping center last night. I had several items in my cart. As I went to leave out the door, the cart abruptly stopped and slammed into my chest. The lady standing at the door said, there is a sign. I said, I never saw a sign and she could have cared less that the cart slammed into my chest and hurt me. I am sure I am NOT the 1st or last person this has happen to. Won't be wasting my money there ever again. I understand it takes man power to get the carts from the lot. But there MUST be a better way other than slamming an customer in the chest! VERY...
