Just went through the drive through and ordered the new chicken mozzarella combo meal with the upgraded garlic fries because delicious. I get the the window to pay and the young lady with the neck tattoo began with an attitude. She charges my card 30.55$ and 5he young man starts handing me 3 bags. I promptly try to explain i did not order all of this. To which I get even more attitude and the window shut in my face. The girl hands me back a handful of money and says this is the refund for the stuff you didn't order. I state this is still not enough because I only ordered one meal. I stated I will just take a full refund and you can have these back. The girl says she can't take them back. Fine so she hands be 27$ back. I state thr total was 30.55$ so an older lady comes over and tells her to get my three dollars. The girl is crying saying how she dosent understand why I'm saying she did my order wrong. I try to return the food again and they close the window on me. Highly disappointed. I dont need a free meal I can afford to pay for my own. I alsocould have gotten really flip but I did not. I understand they were busy, but there were people standing around in the kitchen, outside of the front cashier, who was trying to expo and no one was stepping in to help her do both her jobs. I waited over 30 mins for my order when there were only 4 ahead of mine on the board when I arrived. I watched many people leave the line to order because they were not going to wait in a stagnant line inside for 20-40 mins. Once I did get my order, and head home, we found every item had something wrong. At that point, I was not driving all the way back, but I will never go to this location again. I received the wrong burger, 35 nuggets vs the 50 ordered, no lettuce on 2 of the other burgers, one that had onion, but didn't come with onion. 1 small fry received that was supposed to also be medium. I went to pick it up and was told they were out of salads and when I asked to cancel my order, they said they couldn’t cancel my order and that I had to do it on the app well Since they accepted my order knowing they were out of salads, I was unable to cancel my order and get a refund. So now I paid for a order I never received have a unhappy 3 year old and I’m 6 months pregnant and never got my own dinner. I’ve had to contact corporate and let them know the situation in hopes for getting my money back and I will not be returning to this Wendy’s location. If I’m unable to get a refund I’ll be taking further action since this is theft of services and seems to be a scam that fast food chains are beginning to run.
