Don’t order at Lunch time. Second time first time my order took two hours to get it me today. Worse experience ever. Placed order online at 1140. 1155 dominos calls and says not sure what time online system gave you but it’s not going to happen we are busy and our driver is out and has other orders to deliver etc etc. my response was how long will I have the pizza by 1230?? Dominos response was not oh yeah it will be there by 1230. 1245 comes I call and ask for an update dominos says your order is going Into the oven now. Let me call the driver to see where he’s at. She said it would be a bit longer. I told her I would come pick it up. She said ok she would credit my order and charge me for the pizzas without delivery charge and gave me the new total. I said fine. After all I paid online. I get to store 105 guy by oven waves at me the manager who is standing there looks at me then goes makes a pizza. A few minutes later guys by oven comes around and gives me the pizza. I leave the store and start to pull away and guy comes saying I need you to come back in to pay kicker is my online payment has gone thru but the credit can take 3 to 4 days to wait for the 40+ to go back to my account. Read moreI placed a Domino's pizza order at 7:15 PM, and the status remained stuck at “Quality Check” for almost two hours. Out of concern, I called the store at 9:45 PM, and what followed was the most disappointing customer experience I’ve ever had.
The store owner was curt and dismissive, offering conflicting updates. First, he said the order was still in the store and ready for delivery. When I offered to pick it up myself, he suddenly claimed the delivery person had already left. Then, rather than offering any resolution or empathy, he abruptly told me he “can’t keep talking over the phone” because he had other orders to process.
By 9:50 PM, we gave up and placed an order with a different pizza chain, who delivered by 10:15 PM. Ironically, the Domino’s pizza finally arrived at 10:45 PM, 3 hours and 30 minutes after ordering.
This was a deeply frustrating experience, not only because of the excessive delay, but also due to the rude and unprofessional behavior from someone representing the Domino’s brand. I placed my order through the Domino’s app on Friday, which showed my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived on time, but my pizza still wasn’t ready. I saw my name on the screen showing “in preparation,” so I waited patiently.
After another 20 minutes passed, I asked the manager about my order. He told me they were “working on it.” I ended up waiting over an hour and 15 minutes in total. When I approached the manager again to explain the delay, he became rude, raised his voice, canceled my order, and kicked me out of the store.
The manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. After years of being a loyal Domino’s customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would never recommend this...
