I was excited to visit this newer establishment- it was presented by a close friend as such an amazing place! 1st- the space is visually pleasing, cute bar space, great selection of wine & spirits! 2nd- our service started out nice & friendly. Our server - I won’t put her name here but she knows… we ordered smoked old fashioned- boozy forward & delicious! The fried green tomatoes were described as “LEGENDARY” - they were beyond basic, dipped in cornmeal & bland. The grits they were served with we requested on the side & the grits were very tasty. My friend ordered Chicken & biscuits, I ordered the Filet ciabatta- his food arrived & before we realized we were another cocktail in, he hasn’t touched his food, and we were still waiting for my food for at least 30 minutes. I had to catch our server as she didn’t feel the need to check on us & I asked - what’s going on with my meal? She shared my food was served to the wrong table and had to be remade. No one felt the need to proactively communicate this information to the customer. When my food was served- it wasn’t hot, the steak was room temp at best, cheese was cold as if just taken out of the fridge… not melted, & to top it all off the steak was chewy bordering on tough. I was very disappointed. More so about the lack of care, proactive communication, & taking ownership to ensure the customer’s experience. My friend asked for the owner as he’s meet him during other experiences and thought he cared. The owner never came over to the table.

We paid our $129+ I left the to go box on the table on purpose. The owner asked me at the door as I’m walking out - how was my experience? I shared some of the above & his response- we have a lot of good reviews and a lot of people enjoy being here, I’m sorry about that & hope you give us another chance.

I hope you truly care about all customers, their experience, take ownership, & take action when something isn’t right. There are so many wonderful places to dine around this city. The ones that survive the test of time - know how to treat their customers, deliver a consistent high quality customer experience and show it. I will not return due to your poor...

I am only giving this place one star due to the fact that I went here for dinner four times, and on the fourth visit,,, AWFUL!!!

My guest and I arrived at 5pm. We were seated and expecting a great experience. We ordered our appetizer of Fried Green Tomatoes and told by our server that they are LEGENDARY!! Honestly, they were green tomatoes with a little cornmeal on them. Now, we ordered our entree's. My entree came out and was sit in front of me. We then waited 30 minutes for my friend to get her entree, when it finally arrived the cheese was not melted, and her food was cold. I really talked the place up and was so embarrassed by not only the horrible service but the food.

I thought everyone has a bad night sometimes, this is theirs (the restaurants bad night). So, while we were paying the bill. I requested to see the owner. Because I brought three other friends into his restaurant prior to this visit. Well, he never had the decency to come to the table and speak with me. Instead, he waits until we are walking out the door to address my friend and does not even acknowledge me. Knowing he had seen me in his restaurant previously. My friend would have never been there if it hadn't been for me.

Needless to say, I own several businesses and had planned on reserving the bar area that night for some dinners I had planned for approximately 10 to 12 business associates, as it is close and nice. However, due to the owner's poor customer service skills and lack of appreciation of his customers obviously. I will never visit this establishment again, nor will I ever recommend it or take anyone else there.

So glad that our friends brought us here! Neat place w/excellent food and great wine! Nice bar and great selections. We did the Bacon Flight which was unique, fun & good! It came w/4 different sauces, which were unique. I did a wine flight, which was a good choice as they offered many options for the tastings. Hubby got the spinach salad, which you don't see very much any more & we love! Slightly too much dressing & slightly too sweet, but overall good. My chicken pot pie was EXCELLENT! And I really, really love that they serve their hot food in these mini squared cast iron skillets - it keep the food SO hot! Lately I have noticed that no matter where I eat that the food isn't hot and this was! It makes a difference in the flavors! Hubby got the short rib over potatoes and it was delish! Our friends ordered the apple pies and the baked cookie w/ice cream - yum! I liked the cookie better - so decadent. I thought the apple pie needed more filling & juice, but still good. We live in Roswell and I would definitely drive here to eat on a weekend! PLEASE, PLEASE come to Roswell! Seriously, I would eat here twice a week if you did & recommend you to all of my friends!
