Can I rate 0 stars? We went in for dinner after not coming to this one for awhile because of poor service but decided to give it another try. After sitting and waiting for over 30 mins one of the girls behind the food counter shouted across the restaurant to me asking what my order was so I told her and she continued to shout they didn’t have it but I couldn’t hear her so we got up to go to the counter and she was very unprofessional and had an attitude. “We’ve been calling you” and I said oh I’m so sorry I had my phone in my hand, thinking since I opted for texts she meant my cell phone and she laughs and said no calling for you and I said again oh I’m sorry we didn’t hear you and she goes yeah we don’t have what you ordered and I said sure can we just cancel the order, a manager, believe his name was Elijah said I’ll meet you at the front so we go and wait for him. And he again said they were calling us, which we didn’t hear and I’ve already made that clear and I shouldn’t have to continue to apologize for not hearing them and they should have gone out to the floor and said something to us instead of unprofessionally shouting through the dining room, but okay. And I told him you know I didn’t really appreciate her attitude and the MANAGER says “nah she didn’t have one” excuse me? What type of manager answer is that. Read moreWent waited 25 or more minutes in the drive thru I know that they don't sell wheat bread because I learned that over many visits before very rudely I was told then that they don't carry wheat bread that it's White Whole grain and if I didn't want that she could just xcl my order. Thank you for that experience. And now 4 2day I waited for 25 mins. Or more ask for a whole White whole grain tuna fish sandwich and said it more than 2, then get some kind of bread I was not eat. On the bottom of there receipt say, "let us know if your order is not correct." I go through the drive thru 1st to learn that I can come in (lobby was close note on door) to get the order over. There was a older man blue pole shirt at the counter who put his mask up and said can he help me as I'm explaining to him what happened he then begins to give me unnecessary personality as I got the story out another employee came up and said he would make my sandwich. Read moreI have always loved this place till my last two visits. Inventory is always low and today they probably had less than a dozen bagels at 10:45 and no Asiago. The bagels in my last two orders were too dark and over baked. They closed the drive-thru which was disappointing. Also, when I went in there were like 4-5 people in the kitchen and one manager in the baking area but was completely ignored when standing at the counter. When requesting service the managers reaction was annoyed at us. I also tried ordering on app and it made it seem like they had no bagels or pastries. I was there at 10:45 and was told that we were too late for breakfast sandwiches when I was told it ended at 11. When I asked why I was met with silence.
