Today I visited, ordered noodles with spicy chicken and a large drink. Went back after finishing my drink to get a refill. I told the lady I only needed it half filled and she responded, “45 cents”. I told her no thanks and walked away. I pay $2.99 for a large drink knowing there’s an incredible mark up but I do it anyway. Partially because I like soda with my lunch and partially to help out the business. But charging for a refill is just insulting. They don’t post a refill price on their menu so I assumed it would be free. I’ve been given free refills in the past so I don’t feel like my expectation was unreasonable. Horrible service. Family owned not sure? Poor service. Asked to leave because they were not prepared to serve. Came back 30 minutes later, same issue. Watched people climb over where food is kept with bottom of their to get to the other side to get into their service area? No doors avalible?
