Sbarro — Restaurant in Sycamore Township

The 2 ladies that worked today seemed to be swamped no less.. I understand how fusterating this can be.. as a former batista for Starbucks for 5 years. BUT make no mistake.. there is NO EXCUSE on how me, my MIL, and my 4 year old daughter were treated today. 1st the young lady who took my order seemed to dismiss me when I asked her about the side but I just ignored it knowing she just was busy and not thinking. The real problem was when we paid out. The lady had an attitude off rip.. didn't realize that I couldn't hear her because I was in a conversation and didn't know it was my turn.. because I am deaf and wear hearing aids in both ears.. we proceeded to explain this and apologized but this lady just got nastier and nastier.. rubbing her tongue against the bottom lip of her mouth pushing it out like she wanted to hit something. I then told her I hoped her day got better. I'm just at a loss on why she decided it was OK to treat a paying customer this way.. one with a disability on that.. and I was the one who said sorry when it should have been her. She then replied nastily my day already better!! I had to walk away. Customer Service at this place today was a JOKE. I am disappointed and hurt and will not...

Very rude customer sevice and manager on that shift gave me so much attitude absolutely not acceptable never coming here again. Hope they can work in their staff and they will be talking to my lawyers and my cousin is pregnant. She made my cousin eat raw pizza who is pregnant and had no shame. Second racism, due to us being Indian she gave us more attitude, I cant belive in the 21st century we are going to this much racism. Abostely horrible and disgusting service. And refused to give a refund on too of that, for teh raw pizza THEY MADE!! They will be hearing from my lawyers and I hope they are ready...

I was Christmas shopping and thought I would stop by for some pizza. I ordered the combo. They were out of peperoni, didn't offer to make one, and said this is all we have. Other customers were also requesting pepperoni. I got the sausages, I saw it put into the roller to heat it up, but the pizza was still cold, also the meatballs were cold, and my drink was only filled 3/4 the way to the top. Employees, were sitting down behind the counter and eating. I don't know maybe they had a hard day, but when I pay $10 for food, I would at least want...
