I tried reaching out to Dunkin multiple times about our experience here, at first they were responsive, and then they stopped receiving messages. I spent nearly $30 with my daughter here. They gave us burnt food. It was disgusting! My daughter asked for her hashbrowns to be extra crispy, they were wet from moisture and soggy. However, my bacon wraps were extremely burnt. My daughter heard the employees say, those are burnt. And she was thinking they were talking about the hashbrowns being extra crispy. No, they were my bacon wraps. Yet they still serve them? Dunkin told me the owner of this franchise was going to contact me, however, he/she did not. We love Dunkin’ Donuts and support them. Read moreMy wife and I stopped to grab a coffee. First impression. The associate taking orders, was on FaceTime with a friend and it took her over 5 minutes to acknowledge we were waiting to order. Then she tells us to hold on, and places her phone down all while continuing her face time conversation. Then she started taking our order, or rather attempting to. We ordered a hot small coffee and an iced latte. Two simple normal Dunkin beverages.
She couldn’t figure out how to do it or what we even wanted.
Then she proceeded to under charge us, by like 5 dollars.
Then the person making the drinks she yelled at to come fix take our order because “ she just couldn’t.”
He pops up, and take the order - inputs them wrong.
We finally get them and both cups are half full.

Read moreThey charged me $25 for a large coffee on 1/9/2018. I called on 1/10 and told them I saw on my bank statement it was charged for $25. The store manager said she was very sorry and would refund it for me. She was on her way to a meeting but would get in touch with me. Today is 1/15 I haven’t heard from her. I called the store TWENTY TIMES before I got an answer. When I did, on the 22nd time I called I was told the store associate couldn’t help me and I needed to speak with a manager.
