Arby's — Restaurant in Symmes Township

Tried to return my food because it wasn't made right. Was told by the manager that she was gonna call the police because I had to come up here for a third time to return my food. She was rude & reeked of vodka as she leaned across the counter & demanded that I not sit against her counter. As I was waiting for her to give me my money back, someone in the back decided to start running their mouth on me. Meanwhile, the whole time the manager is still telling me how wrong I am. I was content on not saying anything. I just wanted to get my refund & leave. I didn't initiate any conversation while I was standing at the counter waiting for the refund. The manager kept talking while I was standing there. The person in the back felt it was their duty to chime in & berate me as well. When I left the restaurant, the manager proceeded to follow me out the door with the employee from the back following behind. I felt threatened at that point. Why was it necessary for a manager to follow me out the door when I was obviously leaving? Let alone TWO...

I know that everyone says “I wish I could give 0 stars”. Well, I wish I could give negative stars.

I went through the drive thru, ordered my food and pulled up to the window and paid. The lady asked me to pull up to the door because they were waiting on my chicken and that she’d bring it right out. Ok, no problem, happens all the time. 10 min later as I watch 7 or 8 cars get their food and go around me, it was pretty clear they took my money and forgot I was there. I got out of my car to go inside to ask about my food, but of course the dining room is closed. So I had to walk up to the drive thru window to ask, and her response was “oh, we’re just waiting on fries”. Got it! You forgot you took my money and told me to wait there for you, so you decided to make up another BS excuse. When I asked how they don’t have chicken or fries ready for 10+ min at a fast food place, she just stared at me dumbfounded and couldn’t think of a response back. Ridiculous! Will...

Went to Arby's for first time in long time. If I could give no stars I would. There were dirty tables and counters and nothing was stocked at the soda machine. We were served sandwiches that seemed like they were made a day ago. I'd venture to say they were at least sitting on a hot plate or something all day. The bottom bun was hard as a rock and everything else on top was a little soggy . I understand that sometimes restaurants pre-make some sandwiches that are staples but at some point you have to throw them away.. I didn't approach the manager because well, she had her own odd drama going on. And there's really not a very respectful way to describe her outward appearance. There were employees hanging in the dining room laying across benches and she was yelling to them a conversation that at least seem to be work related...
