Soooooooo does the owner of this Arbyās just not care about this place anymore? I like the food just because I like Arbyās, but the service and atmosphere were wack. The workers act like they donāt get paid more than $5/hour. I walked in and stood at the counter to wait for someone to take my order. A lady was standing there, turned around to look at us, said nothing, and turned back around. So I waited there for 2 more minutes and another worker came and walked by us, looking at us, but also saying nothing. It all felt verrryyyyyyyv awkward. So I waited another 3 minutes and another guy saw us, didnāt say anything also. This guy was nice enough to walk up to the counter though. But after he did that, he literally just starred at us and said absolutely nothing. We hesitantly stepped forward and my girlfriend was like āuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhā¦ā¦. And I had never thought Iād ever have a favorite arbys because of the past experiences Iāve had with other locations. I go tonight and order some food and from the get go the drive through speaker was so polite, my husband ordered a chicken sandwich and the guy couldnāt remember so he politely asked which we understand sometimes fast food is stressful so we let him know and he says thatās what we thought but we want to be FOR SURE instead of assuming and possibly giving us the wrong thing. I did not receive any greeting. After a moment of looking at the menu, I stepped up to the counter and put my keys down so she could hear that I was right behind her. She asked the drive thru worker to log in to the counter for her, still not turning around. The boy took my order. He was nice and went the extra mile to clarify some items, even though he seemed very shy. I asked to dine in and went to sit down. The boy brought my food out to me. My sandwhich bread was cold, the roast beef might have been at room temperature, and the cheese had not even melted.
