Use to love this place. It was convenient and the service was great. I have been very disappointed the last couple of visits. My online order wasn't ready when I showed up to pick it up, and a bit later than I was told it would be ready. It had been forgotten at the bottom of the pile. I visited this location last night for the first time in years, and I have to tell you the customer service was wonderful. I apologize for not catching her name (she acted very professional like a manager) but I appreciate her very much because I was so distracted with my little ones, and she was so patient with me, offered suggestions and instructions, and got me the best deal possible with what I had.
