I was in Tacoma for work and this place happened to be nearby and very convenient. They have a small parking lot but there’s also street parking. It’s a good size restaurant but it’s not huge. The sign “Tacoma’s No1 Fried Rice” caught our attention. But also, it was recommended by some co-workers. When you walk from the parking lot, immediately you can smell the food coming from the restaurant. Smells so good. When you come in you are greeted by the person at the counter. You order the food at the counter and they bring your food to you. The food came fast and we still had plenty of time to walk around. Though they advertise the best fried rice, neither one of us had it. We had one of their many combos. My friend had the Teriyaki Chicken with steamed rice, salad, and egg roll. I had Teriyaki Chicken, with chow mein and steamed rice. It was a good amount of food for one person and It was delicious! The chicken was tasty and I almost ate all of my chow mein. I was happy the Noodles weren’t over cooked. Both of us spent less than $20 for our meals. Can’t beat that.

So it was my Birthday day yesterday. And I wanted to eat at my favorite place not so favorite anymore. We live in Olympia and drove to Tacoma just so I could eat there food we order fried rice and sushi my husband ordered a Alaska smoked roll it was awful it looked like slop on top of the roll. Also my fried rice which I have ordered before combine had crab meat on the top of it with never before have I seen that. We call and left our phone number got a call today from some girl my husband said she was rude. Not trying to get anything for free. We always spend a good amount of money there for takeout dinner. I will never go back again so disappointing. There goes a restaurant that was number one now a zero. That picture doesn’t even look as bad as it was in front of my table it was dog salmon….

My family and I had a wonderful dinner at Tacoma’s No1 Fried Rice, which is more than just a fried rice place. They have a variety of dishes, including Mongolian Beef, sushi, LA ribs, and more. We ordered the LA ribs, which were tender and juicy, the fried rice, which was flavorful and filling, the Mongolian beef, which was tender and sweet, and the sushi, which was fresh and delicious. The portions were huge and the price was reasonable. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our meal and had a great time together. This is a perfect place for a family dinner, especially if you love fried rice and chicken. We will definitely come back again.

l never eat here again. I order my food for pick up. The main dish sweet and sour chicken was 1st thing i i order. I also got combination fried rice large order and small order of pork fried rice with egg roll and crab cakes. When i got home to eat my food. Open the containers to what did i find. There was no sweet and sour chicken. With a grand total of 38 bucks. This was way over priced and the small order of fried rice was pretty much the same same amount as the large order. The large order didn't even have enough meat in it. The food was so Blane and didn't have no flavor. The pork fried rice had fried crust with barely no pork inside of it. I called the restaurant to let them know about what was missing from my order to find out they didn't even charge me for the sweet n sour chicken. And all she could say on the phone was "no chargeee". And the whole point of even ording the pork fried rice was because u can't add fried rice to sweet n sour chicken. U have to pay saperate. So in a long story short i paid for rice rice rice and more rice. Hey did i forget to tell u i i paid 38 bucks for rice and crust with no taste. On top of that to be a Asian restaurant on the hill top. You would think they would have food with more spice and flavor. But instead they are more like a retirement home for elder folks who need low sodium and no flavor. So to anyone who is looking for a great Asian restaurant in Tacoma to eat at. I would suggest that u look else where cause this place has no Asian Chinese secrets to how they make and prepare there food. And truly i would not even feed this food to the homeless or a hungry dog. And hill top street rats would over look this place to infest cause there food is no good. And if u don't believe me go there yourself and pay the price to find out. That there is no charge for Blane food and water down sweet n sour sauce. Have a great day and they need to change there name to Tacoma's number...

Stopped in on a lunch break from work made a quick order of basic vegetable fried rice and a side of gyoza she said it would take 10 minutes and because the system when I went to pay asked me if I wanted to tip I have a feeling that the treatment that I received along with the cold food was because I did not tip though I was only walking and placing an order and walking out I was not eating in after 15 minutes went by I approached the counter to ask about my order as she took 5 minutes to go into the back to check and came back and told me they were just starting my order which my geosa was made right away and was sitting on the counter the entire time waiting I asked for my money back so that I could just leave which they refuse to do and at that point the cook in the back had threw my plate of fried rice up through the window immediately when I asked for my money back very disappointed I used to really like the food here and this restaurant but after the way I was treated today I will never...
