The environment is amazing. Itās large, light filled, with high ceilings and beautiful furniture..a very elegant space that would be great for coffee meetings. I get the impression it was a Bank lobby before. The service is also very friendly and coffee tasty. The disappointment is that it has limited food options and they either donāt stock quantities or sell out immediately (which I doubt because itās pretty empty). Ive arrived at 9 AM on a multiple mornings and there are no bagels left. Do not stock peanut butter (vegan option for bagel). The guy asked if they wanted them to remove it or....? š„“š¤£. I asked for a whole new burrito. As someone who has worked for Starbucks...no questions asked, as a restaurant or food place you automatically replace the food. Don't deny or overcomplicate the situation. Just apologize and move on. Maybe a little more training could help? Perhaps also offering a freebie on the house next time for the issue? Idk. I just feel it could have been handled a little better. Pretty good...
