Cinnabon — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I absolutely love love love Cinnabon and the Cinnabon experience. The Cinnabons are to die for, and so are the coffee like drinks during the summer of my freshman year of college I doordashed or got Cinnabon at least every other day! I know it’s absurd but I just love the PecanBon, the only thing I don’t like about the Cinnabon experience in Tallahassee is that it’s in the mall. I think that getting a Cinnabon built here would be even better and more business as well. A lot of people don’t like walking in the mall so maybe a store with a drive thru would be better! I would highly recommend making this a new experience for everyone! And I can definitely guarantee more business from me as well, and I know that you wouldn’t lose experience from the one in the mall because so maybe people go in the mall as well so they’ll be able to still enjoy both places rather than just only being able to...

Just left this location and asked for 4 of the hot Cinnabons and was told I could not buy them. The guy at the register told the other employee we would like 4 but wanted them hot. She said we are not doing hot ones right now. I don’t know about you but if I’m paying what does it matter if I get the hot ones or not. We have 4 people with us and was about to eat them. Shame on this location for assuming I was not gonna eat them right away. You also need to do an attitude adjustment on your employee on how to speak to customers. ive been going to this cinnabon for almost 10 years. most recently, the staff has been super friendly. they even joked with me about wanting to bring in a big container to have them fill it with that addicting raspberry lemonade. 2 or 3 years ago i went to get a bon and a raspberry lemonade. the lemonade tasted like chlorine. i reported it to HQ, they fixed the issue and sent me a coupon for a free bon and a drink! if you have lived in Tally and havent had a cinnabon, tell them Lynsey sent you, you wont regret anything from their menu! life...
