Foods pretty great but the guys that bike right up the street are always in a rush & pretty aggressive about the tip. They can get rude & snappy really fast & the only thing that comes out of there mouth when they first approach you is 'sign at the bottom, tip & put the total!'. Like who told these young men it was ok to literally tell someone to tip them? I always tip but today when I decided not to because personally it's blowing too much money over a sandwich & the guy was pushy & rude, & I was trying to order light for that reason today, the guy was very snappy towards me. He said very loudly & aggressively in the lobby of where I work 'So no tip?' & I began by saying that I have been doing it & before I could even finish what I was going to say, he blurts out 'It doesn't all go to a pool' & walks away. The energy was so aggressive & he was so rude. They will make you feel bad about ordering food from RIGHT up the street & not giving them extra money EVERY time. It's not an obligation. It's a personal decision & maybe these guys would get more tips & orders if they would learn how to treat other people. Won't be ordering again. I don't need that kind of negativity...

Before the pandemic this place was one of the best places to go to. The employees were amazing and had bikers that were top tier athletes and that were wild and outgoing. This place used to be like a club on the street, the employees would throw the sandwiches to you like a football and hype up the atmosphere making people want to come back for more and actually making/delivering sandwiches at an actual "freaky" pace. This place used to be a great place to come especially after a football game. I want to know where it all went wrong and it became a depressing place to come to. It's super sad to see this place be where it is at right now. I'll always remember all the good times I've had here and wish it was the same as it once was. I'll never forget the bikers going up and down the streets like they were rockstars and the employees that made it a point to get your food to you "freaky fast."
