I went to this location about week ago and ordered meals for my kids along with ice cream Sundaes through the app for pickup. I get to the drive through and they don’t have the drinks I ordered and are out of ice cream (at this point stop selling it). The lady asked me if I wanted something else so I changed the lemonade drinks to sprites and ate the up charge fees I paid to order it originally and then asked for a refund for the ice cream because I didn’t need anymore food. The lady pulled me up to the door and brought my food out. When I asked for the refund receipt she told me there was no way for me to get a receipt since I ordered through the app, I asked her can I take a picture on the screen of my refund to which she said that was not possible. I then asked her how do I know she actually refunded me to which she stated I would get an email in an hour. I never received the email. So when I went up there again I was told I had to request a refund through the app which is crazy to me that McDonald’s doesn’t have a better refund policy in place. I emailed corporate and have gotten the run around about my refund and now received an email telling me the store has to refund my order. This location normally has good service which is why it’s surprising I haven’t gotten my refund and I order from the location all the time but I need my hard earned funds back or the food...
Read moreSome of the worst service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Pull up to order and it takes 10 min to get some one on the intercom at the menu so as I get to were I’m about to just pull off someone answers and proceeds to say “what’s your order”very bluntly so I tell them and they ask “is that it” so I pull up behind the next person who looks like they’ve been waiting for a good minute I pay then just sat there another 10 min, the person in front of me just pulled off after they paid so that confirmed they’ve been sitting there a while. I get to the window, nobody comes up for about 20-25 minutes and the whole time I’m literally trying to get they’re attention and they just ignore me the whole time so I had to get a little loud with one of them to get they’re attention and ask “whats going on” just for the women to say she doesn’t know. None of them had name tags so they know what’s going on! After another 5 min talking to the women I go to pull off and go inside and she hands me my drink and my order and this is what I find on my crispy sandwich, MOLD that you can see very good so in total I was there for 40-50 min for some chicken just to have mold on it! They stop serving breakfast at 10:30 the manager was rude and didn't want to even do anything about it and then walks away and comes back with a 6 piece box with a slice of cheese in it and said that's all she can do because they are about to stop serving breakfast. Yeah in 35 mins. No it's called she's lazy and doesn't want to do her job. She was beyond rude and just lazy. Mind you I'm pregnant as well and can't eat certain things without getting sick. So when I wanted a sausage egg and CHEESE biscuit I thought I'd get one and it would be correct but no apparently that's to hard for them to do and when they get told nicely after I get all the way home and then have to go back wasting gas mind you. They get told nicely it was incorrect and they just don't know how to accept that. Some people don't need to be managers when they are going to be that rude and that lazy.
