If i could leave 0 stars I would. WORST PLACE IN TOWN. RUN. FAST AND FAR. Wait staff has terrible attitudes when asked to fix THEIR mistake.
Order: 2 whoppers 2 chicken sandwhiches 2 8 piece nuggets
Missing: 2 chicken sandwhiches
THEN: One of the burgers had a bite taken out of just the patty. Insanity.
Nuggets cold and hard.
Burger patties (what was lrft of them from some obvious issues in the kitchen) cold.
Window worker offered to remake the order when we came through and told them the issues and asked us to park.
Waited for over 20 minutes for them to bring us our food. I worked fast food for 2 years it doesnt take that long to make those items.
Went into the lobby to ask about the food and was oractically pushed out the door by the employee saying i couldnt be in the lobby after 10 pm.
Waited ANOTHER 10 minutes.
Deove through the drive through and the worked said she “was just getting ready to take it outside”.
By this point we asked for a refund.
She got her manager.
The “manager” (which is clearly just a title because this woman had zero customer service skills whatsoever.) comes up and says if we want them to remake the food we have to give them back all the food. Wrong - per serve safe standards once it goes out the window it can not come back in. Not that it would have been an issue but that clearly showed that nothing was being done. At that point we had ate the food that was slightly edible and tossed the rest because we were not told to give it back.
We then said we wanted our money back because we didnt even want the food at this point we wanted to go somewhere else and the manager said “well i cant do that you gotta go through the app because it was done online and not in the store”
ABSOLUTE madness. Worst customer service interaction ive ever had and ive spent 12 years in the service industry. This resturant has the worst staff ive ever encountered.
Whoever the district manager is must not care about their stores because i see tons of complaints on here. Clearly some cleanup is needed. Especially being right next to Busch Gardens and all the people that are hungry after...
Read moreTried to get food at 6:45 last night but the person at the drive through was incredibly rude to my mother. For context no one else was in the drive through, it wasn’t like they were extremely busy at that time. My mom asks if they had any deals on chicken fries, “we have a 2 for 5 and a 2 for 7”. She asks them what they mean, two of what? Is it like two 8 pieces for 5 and Two 12 for 7? An annoyed response of “It’s 2 for 5 or 2 for 7” -okay not helpful but thanks- mom says “alright I’ll do the 2 for 7 I guess?”. They aggressively say “you want chicken fries?” She says she is confused by what they mean. The woman nastily says “Well maam IF YOU READ THE MENU YOULL SEE WHAT DEALS WE HAVE. ILL BE WITH YOU WHEN YOURE READY TO ORDER.” And just leaves. It took my mom like 5 minutes to even see it on the menu, but the font was so small she still couldn’t read the full sale so she didn’t know and would’ve had to ask for clarification anyways. The woman on the drive through took orders from the other line repeatedly and ignored my mom asking to order until my mom finally just left and went somewhere else. I worked customer service so I get being frustrated but my mom was not rude in any way, and even still you have to get over it and take orders sometimes. All she did was ask if they had a deal, and she was even willing to wait and try ordering again when I would’ve driven away but they refused to let her order, yet another slap in the face and for what?? Awful drive-thru, classless employees, to say the least & the worst is that I never even got to place an order!
When I pulled up to the drive-thru the speaker board was lit up [showing an Overloaded Croissandwich (egg, cheese, bacon, sausage & ham) meal with hashrounds and orange juice], but the menu board was completely black and not working.
When the gentleman asked what I wanted, I laughed and said "it's pretty hard to order when you don't even have a menu board available". I then just said "To make things easy, I'll just have the overloaded croissandwich meal with an orange juice, since it's the only thing showning." of course with no price reflection either.
He then proceeds to ask me "What kind of meat do you want on it?". I responded that it was "overloaded, and shows 3 meats, so I'll just have it the way shown". He then asked the same question again. At this point a female starts talking behind him but not speaking to me. So I asked him "What is the person behind you asking?", at which point I hear her tell him "Tell her to mind her f*ing business".
Seriously? Your staff is clearly untrained, classless, and extremely rude. This BK in no way can meet their Franchise Agreement Standards. Good luck with your failing business!
