Zero stars is the most accurate rating for this shop. The ice cream presentation is terrible: Temperature issues- ice cream goes to high temperatures and then low temperature which make it look horrible. When we went there the temperature was high meaning the texture was soft and the server could not get to do the scoop right. Hence, we ended having tiny $5 low quality ice cream scoops. We asked about one ice cream without a lable and they had no idea what it was. I don’t understand why people spend thousands and millions of $$ in a franchise to make it a failure. WOW! Complete garbage show. Ordered Uber eats. When driver arrived, was told they didn't have flavors and put BR employee on phone. I told the BR employee that was fine and changed to a flavor they had. She then told me they do not have to-go containers. When I asked how they cannot have to-go containers and do Ubers Eats - she said it wasn't up to her.
