Bradley's on 7th — Restaurant in Tampa

Went to Bradley's for the first night with family to celebrate a birthday. My daughter gave the old ass man her ID and even stated the month day and year she was born to the old guy. The other security guard behind her confirmed and they gave her a 21 and up wrist band and let her in even though she wouldn't be 21 till January. We laughed about it because its 18 and up and she don't drink anyways. But after the rest of the 5 of us ordered drinks over 50 bucks my daughter and my brother went next store to get pizza. On there way back the same old man and younger security guard I'd them again. At this time they tell my daughter she isn't old enough because its 21 and up and she is only 20. Umm always been 18 and up. But anyways they rip her and my brothers arm band off and tell him to get in the back of the line. So he does while she stands on the side walk talking to us while we finish our drinks on the patio. Then when my brother gets to the front of the line to get reentry as told to do, the same security guard say he gets no entry even though he is in his thirty and told him to get back in line in the first place. wtf. So he joins my daughter on the side. Walk but the security guard sees us talking to them from the patio and threatened us to take our drinks away and ask us to leave claiming we can't talk to others across the roapes while drinking our drinks we paid for. I told him if he was going to be so rude over a mistake him and his Old man at front door made I would be more than happy to leave and spend our money elsewhere. But he continues to taunt my brother who is on the other side of the ropes and says he is in charge because he is on private property and my brother is on public property on the other side of the rope while this douche security guard crossed under the rope to get in my brother face. And we all go to leave in our group while this ego statistic security guard keeps yelling st us for his mistake and us trying to follow the rules. The other security guard steps in and grabs this crazy security guard while we are trying to peacefully leave as his crazy butt is cursing at us. I will never go back to this place to ever be disrespected again in such manner especially when it was thier mistake for putting the wrong arm band on a 20 year old because the two front door men can't read an id and she still wasn't drinking. Customer service is everything and treating people with respect goes along way. I will not waste my money at an ignorant establishment again. Maybe you shod hire educated people who can read ids and listen to customers before making mistakes and cursing at...

Okay so this places was amazing to be in. Cody!!! My guy, the adorable, hospitable, and genuinely lovely bartender took care of me all night during my first visit. He remembered my name even when I struggled to remember his. He took incredible care of me and everyone else he served all night. None of my first-timer questions annoyed him. All I can say is he was very genuine. The rest of my night was phenomenal. Everyone was friendly. I'm a social butterfly and no one made me feel out of place or like I wasn't supposed to be there. Typical things I've felt in similar clubs like this. Even the dancer on the boxes middle of stage (night of Thurs. Dec 5) with the lovely tattoos didn't hesitate to be friendly and sweet. It wasn't about what he was doing, or being attractive, no I tipped $50 over the course of the night just because he was genuine, friendly, didn't treat me like another dude with bills to stuff down his pants... he was incredible to just be around. No one was acting better than anyone else. The queens were funny, witty, talented, and interactive. It made the atmosphere SOOOO refreshing. I stayed way longer than I should have just because of the incredible time I was having. Some characters were there for sure. But overall great experience. I can't wait to go back. I paid like 25 bucks for 3 long islands? I don't remember the receipt but I remember it wasn't shocking at the end of the night. Getting an uber took 1 minute. That was lovely. DRUGGED BY BARTENDER!!! This is long but I implore you to read all the way through for your own safety and those you might be going with. Went with my boyfriend and ended up nearly passed out on the street from whatever the bartender laced in our drinks. It was the FIRST drink of the night so no mistaking that my boyfriend and I were drugged. It was not busy and we guarded are drinks never leaving them away from us. Only time I didn’t watch my drink was when the bartender made it. No one was bumping into us as we sat down the whole time away from everyone no chance of any one else lacing it but the bartender. DO NOT GO HERE! I was recommended this place by a friend so I thought nothing of going but I was wrong can’t even trust the bartenders. Highly recommend staying out of Ybor completely it is not worth the risk. If you experience sudden spike in temperature/heart beating erratically GET OUT IMMEDIATELY! Those are the First signs of being drugged call the cops, get to your car and lock the doors no matter what like I did and STAY VIGILANT! If you are going to ignore these warnings and go anyway PLEASE share your location with multiple people and keep them updated. This literally saved me from god knows what they had planned. A fun night out can be had else where do not risk it. Lasting effects from this were bad as well.
