Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tampa

!!!ZERO STARS!!! Today 04/26/2020 10:00 P.M. I’m not rating 0 because this isn’t an option. This place deserves a -0 stars!!! Does this store has a recorded line? I ordered pizza for Carry Out and 1 mile before getting to the store I received a call telling me carry out wasn’t available (after it said it was at the store’s website). I asked if they could deliver it to me they said “there’s no food, we cannot deliver” I reminded them I was just a mile away they said that wasn’t my house address and they couldn’t do anything. I asked to have my order cancelled and they told me “no way, we cannot have that done right now” Out of the sudden the manager picks up the phone shouting at me “what’s your problem sir?” I said ma’am I am just trying to get my order or have it cancelled and my money back and I will continue to another franchise. “I am the manager of this franchise and I am telling you I cannot help you with none of that, okay bye” and hangs up the phone on my face. I really don’t like to get people in trouble specially minimum wage employees or $1 over the minimum wage managers, but this was just unpleasant. I never have received such a bad and aggressive service in my whole experience as a customer overall. I want justice, I will go as far as I can go to have these horrible people taken care of. I will go to the news and personally pay for this to go public. If this store has recorded audio, I immediately need the franchise owner or regional manager to get in contact with me....

After picking up my order and arriving home I was excited, anticipating to eat delicious pizza. But to my surprise, after opening the box, I find overly excessive OILED pizza(inedible). The pizza slices were drenched in oil, and even the pizza cardboard box was HEAVILY soaked by the oil. Whoever made the pizza, clearly did not know what they were doing or even cared at all! I called them immediately, and a female worker answered the line, and after my complaint and a request for a refund, not only was there no apology given, but I was told 'I can't have a refund', and 'That's how the pizzas are made'. I requested to speak with the Manager(Nick) who also said the same thing (and still no apologies). I continued insisting on a refund, and then he said I can have a credit. I continued to insist on a REFUND, and then he said it will be voided. Due to the atrocious service, I lost trust in him to even void out the order without getting proof. So I went back to the location just to get the voided receipt for the order. I'M NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN! It's a shame I have to give at least 1 star to post this, I wanted to...

I ordered for delivery and gave specific instructions on how to get to the location. The driver did not follow instructions so he was unable to locate me and left. When I called the store the guy i spoke to mentioned that the driver had been trying to contact me for the past hour because he couldn't locate where i was at. I explained that I was at work so I was unable to answer my phone. They said they would send the food out again and I asked for it to be fresh, he said it was no problem. I originally ordered the food around 7:15pm and didn't receive it until about 9:15pm....2HOURS!!! And the food was not fresh. When I called to complain the person I spoke with (I think his name was Steve) argued with me that the food was re-made (horrible customer service btw) then he finally gave me the corporate number which the office was closed! Every time I order from this location their driver's NEVER follow...
