I went to Domino’s Pizza yesterday, July 21 to go pick up my pizza. All I ordered was a small cheese pizza and eight garlic Parmesan wings for my daughter when I go inside to pick up the order they tell me that I never placed the order, but I placed the order with a actual person from the store. Why do not they kept me a hole for 10 minutes before they came back to the phone then they did come back to the phone. The young man took my order and it was a young man that took my order when I come in the store to come get the food they say oh you never placed the order you never called so I showed him my phone and say well what is this because they showed me that I called and that I placed my order and I spoke with someone from the store I always order from this Domino’s for my children I don’t eat Domino’s Pizza. I don’t like Domino’s Pizza. I am a Pizza Hut girl The young man that was working he was the manager and the shift crew drivers that was working they thought it all was a game and funny it became to be confrontation. The young man which was another driver was arguing with my 13 Yo acting like he was gonna fight her and jump on her. I had to let him know you argue with a 13-year-old he talk about his mama taught him to defend his self. You argue with a 13 Yo and you got Domino’s uniform on the associate which was a black African-American young lady. She thought it was funny that I was upset that they tried to play with me about me not ordering my food. I’ll let her know this is not a plan game but the fact I don’t work 12 hours I’m tired. I came to pick up some food for my daughter And you playing with me thinking it’s a joke. I thought I’m showing you a place the order then the African-American young lady tried to act as if I talk to a robot. I explained to her I talked to a actual person then it became into more yelling and screaming back-and-forth. I thought letting her know stop playing with me. I ordered the food at first I thought I didn’t order food and my daughter called the number while we in the store she said mama you ordered the food you talked to the actual person so they all laughing and joking about it thinking it again This Domino’s Pizza is very unprofessional and then when associate tried to fight with a 13-year-old and you telling me that you 19 years old are you trying to fight with my 13-year-old baby that’s a problem my 13 year old daughter told him you work at Domino’s he said but I got a car He is a driver for Domino’s Pizza and One to fight with a 13-year-old very unprofessional and then the black girl wanted to argue. I posted it all on my social media page. If y’all wanna watch the video I hate it with somebody play with me and think it’s a game because I have been ordered from this Domino’s Pizza for many years and I never had an issue But the way they play with me. Yesterday was very unprofessional. The manager that was supposed to be the manager was very unprofessional when I asked him for corporate he would not give me corporate phone number and still I do not have corporate phone number. I want to file a complaint on this company and I will be getting corporate number today since y’all want to play the social want to argue with my 13-year-old driver want to act like you want to fight my 13-year-old and you telling me you 19 years old argue with a 13-year-old very unprofessional. Read moreI only order Domino's Pizza, I tend to feed about 15-20 people at least once a week with Pizza parties and Domino's tends to have the better deals. However, I'm starting to think I'm getting what I pay for from certain locations. I NEVER order out of this location because I rarely am in this area. The locations in North Tampa/Lutz know me very very well as those are my home stores. I placed an order to be delivered in South Tampa, out of this store, and everything went through debited my bank account etc. but I did not get the tracking information. I then did it a second time because I thought it may have been a connection issue, it again did not give me tracking information. I then looked at my bank account and it is showing both debits out of my card. I called the store to find out what was going on. The young man who answered the phone (said he was store supervisor) stated that the order is still showing pending and that they have been having issues with their Apple Pay payment system that the charges should drop off but he would credit me the order for my inconvenience. He put me on hold and then came back and stated that his Boss, Paul Parsons, stated that he could not credit me the order. I asked to speak with him. Paul's answer to me is that it's not his problem that my card is declining. I tried nicely to explain that my card is not declining and that the young man on the phone stated there was issues with there system. He continued to talk over me and told me it's my issue and he is not required to do anything because I didn't have the money for the pizza and it was being declined by my bank. I continued to explain to him it was not being declined that it was holding the full amount, twice for the order. I understood that it was going to drop off once the bank was notified that it was an authorization and not a final transaction but that could take sometime. I was not calling for anything for free, I called to find out what was going on with the order. Paul continued to repeat the same, honestly stupid, statement. I asked for his supervisor and he told me he does not have one, that he is in charge of ALL THE TAMPA STORES. I then asked him who the owner was and he refused to give that to me. Now of course I then got sarcastic to the fact that I asked him who writes him his paychecks... his answer was "thats me". As he stated MULTIPLE times that the call is recorded, I would love for that call to be pulled for everyone to hear how nasty, condescending, and inappropriate he was being towards me. prior to me being upset and nasty at the end. There have been bigger companies that have went out of business because of their customer services. He truly does not know how to talk to people, does not know how to provide customer services to an upset customer and truly should not be in the job title that he supposedly has. Keep in mind, I didn't call to get anything for free. But you really pissed me off over a $7 cardboard pizza? That I then took my business to PapaJohns, that was happy to hear that Dominos was nasty, that they offered me a free pizza on my next order, so that I do not order from Dominos again. Read moreI have ordered from this shop for three years with only a couple small issues that were corrected, however, I am not sure what changed. I placed an order and realized my tip did not get processed into the total, I always tip because I understand how thankless and busy drivers can get treated. I did not want the driver to miss out on a tip so I left an envelope labeled Dominos driver with the tip included. It seemed the delivery was taking more than usual. I finally got an alert showing it was delivered. When I opened the door the envelope fell out of the ledge and the delivery was not there. I inquired about the order and I was informed it was delivered. I checked outside once more only to find my order two doors down in front of an empty apartment, there was a key lockbox on the door. The more I thought about this the more I realized this was more likely deliberate and probably associated with the tip error. The drivers always wait to de sure the delivery was correct. This complex is very small and I have always provided additional information where the apartment is located and there are large distinct numbers on the doors. What bothered me most was how I was treated when I called. I explained I just wanted to let this shop know what occurred and that I was not asking for anything just to inform them of the situation. I seemed to be annoying the individual who dismissed me, abruptly said thank you and hung up the phone before I could say another word. Never in three years have I been treated so horribly. When the drivers do well and the meal very good I call to let them know how great it was, however, the first time I inform them of an issue I get treated badly and dismissed.
