Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Tampa

"I recently visited Einstein Bagel at UT and was disappointed by the service I received. Specifically, one of the attendants was incredibly rude and unfriendly. They seemed put off by my presence and made me feel unwelcome. The food was decent, but the attendant's behavior left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope management addresses this issue, as a little kindness and hospitality can go a long way. Until then, I'll think twice...

got a bagel with cream cheese, and asked for extra cream cheese because they always give you the smallest amount possible. i don’t think they cared at all, there wasn’t even enough to cover the bagel. and i mean there literally was maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese. it was basically just a dry bagel. the soda machine was also completely flat so i paid for a soda that i couldn’t even drink. seriously can y’all put a tiny bit...

10 out of 10 out of 10!!! This was my first time in here and the atmosphere was very cool so the lady at the counter explain the menu very well. The food was super delicious. The bagel was super warm and soft. I did not wait too long. And I appreciate it was made to order. I would definitely be coming back to try...
